I am so blown away by this incredible gluten free place! The beer was amazing, the food was insanely good, and I didn’t have to worry about the friend I had with me who is allergic to gluten. Plus it’s LGBTQ all the way! Awesome!!

YUM!!! 100% dedicated gluten free establishment so it was a relief getting the option to eat safely. The donuts are DELICIOUS which was why I made the drive to get my son a treat. I also ordered the turkey pesto sandwich and it was so good! I couldn’t believe it was gluten-free it was more than worth the hour drive for me!

We are in town for the weekend and had this on our radar since I am gluten-free. My wife isn't, but we both loved EVERYTHING we tried. The pretzels, corndogs, onion rings, sauces, and beer are all truly exceptional. JP and Amelia, as well as the rest of the staff, were super delightful! We will absolutely be back, and will seek out their beer in Portland. Edited to add: we are so grateful Bierly requires verification of vaccination to dine inside. We will happily support a business that invests in the health and safety of their employees and their community.

I planned our trip so that I could be in the area over the weekend for their donuts and it was totally worth it. The maple bars and old fashioned were delicious (although the old fashioned didn't quite taste like a true old fashioned, it was still really good). The pretzels were also really good. I really enjoyed several of their beers and my non-GF hubby even liked some of them. Long story short, the beers, food, and service are all great and worth the stop.

It's like winning the gluten free lottery! WOW, gluten free pretzels, donuts, baguettes, sausages, dairy free cheese, and other tasty food. And then there's 8 gluten free beers on tap!!! I started going to Bierly Brewing about four years ago in a postage stamp sized location. The husband and wife team who started Bierly had big plans and are now located on the east end of 3rd Street in McMinnville (the street where many of McMinnville's finest restaurants are located). I'll never forget the Mom carrying her infant on her hip while she went about completing work duties. I've returned a number of times to Bierly Brewing since writing the above review and want to add a few things: Bierly won the Gold Medal for the best gluten free Stout in Oregon, and I seriously challenge anyone to tell the difference between their Stout and one with gluten. Secondly, their gluten free chocolate chip cookies are the best I've ever had in my 77 years... and their sandwiches and donuts are totally yummy! Check out the pics I took tonight.

Out of this world! Top notch gluten free beer and eats. Honestly one of the best doughnuts & some of the best fries I’ve ever had. Couldn’t tell it was even gluten free. I don’t even have a gluten sensitivity but my friend has Celiac’s Disease & introduced me. I am just sorry I live 3000 miles away from Bierly 😢

By far one of the best gluten free establishments I've ever been to. Not to mention they have made this girl who greatly dislikes beer... Enjoy a beer or two. Every weekend there is a new special gluten free and dairy free donut. Every first Saturday and Sunday is maple bar weekend! All food is gluten free and free from cross contamination! Some of the best customer service around and exceptionally LGBT accepting. Don't miss this Willamette Valley gem! What a great family friendly location.
