I’ve eaten here several times over the last year and they have consistently exceeded my expectations! Get adventurous with your food choice and be delighted by the surprise. The Avocado Toast with over easy eggs is a MUST. My fiancée loves the Peppermint Sage tea too. It comes in a super cool, wood carrier. Great gluten free and dairy free selection.
I found the place to be cute and the service fast. My food was ok, not great but good enough. I loved that the potatoes in my hash were super crispy—-but the dish could’ve used more salt and sausage. My scrambled egg was cooked perfectly.
My waffle was good enough. Loved the fresh strawberries but think there should be an option to switch out chocolate with Nutella.
If I’m back in noblesville, I’d visit again and try different things in the menu. I def want to try the Portuguese pastry and compare it to the ones I’ve had in Portugal.
Such a cute cafe, very cozy and beautifully designed, definitely nothing else like it in Noblesville.
We ordered Togo food 50 minutes before closing— greeted by so many friendly faces, the owner introduced herself & went through our entire order. Ordered an ice coffee on my way out & cleverly the ice cubes were made of coffee!
We ordered a bunch of stuff to be able to give the place an honest chance, smelled amazing, don’t know how we made it home without digging into it—the food was hot and cooked PERFECTLY!
This was the best meal we’ve had in a very VERY long time!!
The calamari was to die for,
the fried piri piri was incredible,
hubs said the best egg sandwich he’s ever had
& the charcuterie board was so good that we hoarded it upstairs in bed so they kids couldn’t get any!
Anna and her crew found a friend in our family & have new regulars at Bica Cafe!
I’ve been chasing the local coffee shops trying to find the best cappuccino in town. I recently enjoyed a cup at Bica cafe. They have Portuguese roots, and the first sign is the famous pastel de Belem (pastel de nata). Good experience, the ambience is inviting and staff is friendly and welcoming. The barista took her time crafting my cappuccino to perfection, velvety and flavorful. Overall good quality.
Wonderful food. Their Portuguese inspired menu is a lovely deviation from the crowded American cuisine in the area.
The Lisbon style Bifana sandwich drew order envy from everyone at the table.
The Portuguese hash + eggs was filling and delicious on a cold winter day.
The fried gnocchi was overwhelming good. Maybe better to share.
We will certainly be back.
Hidden gem downtown Noblesville! Loved Bica cafe, I had iced caramel latte and the breakfast sandwich. Soo yummy. Plus got some pastries to go. Highly recommend.
The restaurant was spacious but cozy. There was a large party that arrived right before r did but didn’t seem like it too long to get our food.
Update: much improved experience!!! Despite there being significantly more customers than my last visit, the staff was VERY attentive and friendly. The food was super tasty and fresh! The chocolate chip cookies were among the best I've ever tasted. The decor and location are still very attractive. So glad I tired this place again!!!

The location and decor are beautiful. I could spend all day in the shop.
The service, however, left a bit to be desired. When I walked in, there were only 3 other people in the location. Two were waiting on their orders, and another sitting dining (basically empty - it was not busy at all). When I approached the counter, the server looked at me but did not acknowledge my presence. When I got closer, it was not until I greeted the server that I was met with a response. I had ordered ahead- so when I informed the server of who I was and what I ordered, she repeated the name of the item as if it were foreign to her. The food was ok, but it was a bit cold when I received it. I am not completely deterred as I think it was a one-off experience with a new/inexperienced worker. I think next time I will try a pastry.
For brunch today we tried Bica.
We had the Liege waffles with berries, my Bae waffle, cinnamon roll, sticky bun, spinach souffle, Portuguese hash, coffee, and an oatmilk latte. We couldn't help but try a bunch of different items. I didn't love the cinnamon roll but the icing was good. Glad to get out and enjoy this beautiful day!
We were so impressed with Michael and the private self defense class he provided for our group of NCL young ladies. He was professional, engaging, and taught hands on ways to fight off an attacker. The information he provided on how to avoid an abus
