I can't think of a better place that deserves a five-star rating all the way! The food was excellent and nicely presented. The cooking was perfect to deliver the precise flavor. The drink was also very very good! Service was undeniably very good. The waiter was always friendly and thoughtful. I think the nicest thing about this place is its ambiance. The place is beautifully decorated with a touch of perfection everywhere. Most importantly, everything was reasonably priced. Costs only ~$30 for the entrée and drink.

Had an amazing meal here with Al as our waiter. Al was so great - his recommendations were fantastic, he was super attentive but never hovered, and we felt so welcome in the restaurant even though it was fairly late. Al recommended the bacon wrapped dates, which we normally wouldn’t go for, but oh boy are we glad we did. I had the fettuccine with lobster and husband had the ravioli quattro fromaggi. Both were fantastic (HUGE portions too). Luckily we got boxes to save room for dessert and tried the bread pudding. Again, not normally what we might pick, but I’d come back just for that. Thanks for a great meal at the end of a long day. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect for me! Enjoyed solo lunch at 1pm on a weekday. They were packed! Still greeted and seated quickly. Clean, inviting, open space. Mixture of booths and tables. Bar area available, too. Giant well kept bathrooms. Had the half & half pasta/salad. Chose wedge salad and butternut squash ravioli. Seriously both so good I could eat them every day. Bread to start with olive oil, parmesan, pepper. Also delicious. I was in and out in 30-45 minutes and like I said, it was packed. Saw to go orders going out like crazy as well. My water was never empty and my server was perfect for my taste. Checked in a few times without being over the top. Gave me the suggestion for the squash which I loved. Water never empty. Prompt and friendly. Bill was just under $16. Thought that was fantastic for what I got. Definitely will return many times.

First time here, we sat at the bar. Nigel was our bartender/waiter. They have a house bread that is amazing with the pepper oil!! The Cajun pasta was delicious! We had a couple of their local beers on tap, great choices. We will be back!

Had the pleasure of dining at Biaggi's on a road trip to Chicago from Denver. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with an elegant ambience. What really made the experience even better was the service we received from Jacob. He was friendly, attentive and pleasant. And the food was simply divine! Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.

Absolutely wonderful Italian restaurant with large serving sizes at a good price, especially considering the price is basically for 2 meals since you will definitely have plenty of take home leftovers!!

This place is Trash. Took way to long for Apps and waited an extra 30 minutes to get our main course for one dish to show up frozen rubbery chicken that was like eating nothing but cartilage and more oil than the middle East with a whole potato in the mash potatoes......... the other was lobster and pasta which the sea food "lobster" was old you could smell it like going over the des moines river downtown on I-235. No question it was spoiled and when you tasted it made you sick. To top things off the waiter needs to do something else because serving just ain't it. We didn't eat more than one bite and asked for the check won't be going back to this place ever again.

Great chain restaurant and great for kids. Even though a chain, they are more local business friendly than many other businesses that claim to be. Great management and service. Anyone who avoids chains should try this one, as they keep money local using local vendors.
