I agree with the comments saying this is more of a motel. I felt very unsafe staying overnight (liquor store nearby, smokers outside my door) and noticed that the bathroom door doesn't even close all the way (there is a mirror positioned right outside the gap for anyone in the room to see you inside). Also many of the light fixtures were broken/switches didn't work. The staff was friendly and understanding though and the rooms were clean.

We chose to stay here during our vacation to Atlanta due to it being a signature Best Western, but this was probably our worst BW experience we have had. This is not a hotel, it is a motel. The room was clean, however the first night we were there, the fire alarm began chirping at about 2 AM, waking us up. When I called the front desk, they said the only thing that could be done was that I could take the battery out myself. This alarm was 8-10 feet off the floor and I had to climb on a desk to shut it off. This did not seem safe. The pool was not clean, with hair and other bits floating in it. There were also trash bags piled right outside of the room, which remained there our entire stay. The continental breakfast was half out when we went, which was more than an hour from close. Overall a very lackluster experience and very disappointing.

Fulfilled my needs for a week-long stay and was a more than decent price. Staff was incredibly friendly and able to accommodate and be accessible whenever I needed. Morning breakfast was a little lackluster compared to other places, so if you're dependent on the choices and options, I'd recommend looking at them beforehand.

This is the best and the cleanest hotel on the Eastside for under $100 dollars. They just require a 100 dollar deposit which is returned upon check out. Me and my husband always come here for a weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend it.

Don’t let pictures of the outside fool you! After reading many reviews I took a chance on this place and I’m glad I did! The outside is nothing special but the inside is top tier. The lobby is nice, and the room was excellent! Everything was clean. The shower was updated to a walk in glass shower that looked brand new. The water was hot. There was a refrigerator and when I called the front desk about a microwave they brought one to my room, no problem! The A/C worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Again, clean! Never saw a bug or anything you may be worried about staying in a lower end hotel. The only thing I’d say be prepared for is they require a $100 deposit. I wasn’t aware of that until check in. But you’ll get it back within a few days of checking out. If you need an affordable, & clean place to stay. This is it. Oh, and there’s a package store within walking distance for those of us who like an adult beverage to end our day. ;)

Amazing stay! I booked this hotel for a week before transitioning to my apartment. Syeda and Alisha were amazing and super friendly the housekeeping staff was sweet and respectful as well. Rooms were very clean and hotel was safe and quiet. Top tier customer service!

If I could give them a 0 I would. Was going to stay at this hotel last month but they were not willing to accommodate my need for a room on the first floor because I'm injured. I wasn't able to stay at the hotel and I only wanted to cancel my reservation so I could book another best western that could accommodate my special needs. The woman was rude and the manager never answered and they weren't willing to give me my money back so I had to sleep in my car. Crazy part is I'm a diamond member with Best Western 😡 I'll never go back and I plan to tell everyone I know not to go here. And I will make sure I go out of my way to leave them a bad review every time the algorithm brings this place up 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I never knew this Hotel was there. We have always stayed at a neighboring Hotel, but never again. This is my new best Hotel. EVERYONE was very friendly, kind, courteous, and professional. Having said that, Syeda, Alisha, Alejandra, maintenance, and housekeeping crew were all that, they made us feel like Family. Rooms were very clean, good Continental Breakfast, quiet environment, and other friendly Guests. Not sure who did Ground design, but it is BEAUTIFUL, and peaceful. We closed on a House that Week, but I really hated that we left. Thanks to the entire Staff. See you again.
