Best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. They have 3 of the best staff members ever. They’re there every day the same 3 employees and they never have an attitude or anything.

I ordered online, and they were right on time. This was probably the best burger I've ever had. The prices can be expensive, but they are worth the taste. The location is very accessible, and the place was clean.

First timer at BGR, came for the beef and let me just say….! I arrived HAWNGRY so the good fellas at the counter stepped me through my order…double-beef bacon cheeseburger, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, chopped onions and a bit of Mayo. Combo included onion rings and drink! GO! Now…first thing I’ll say is if you are not truly HAWNGRY, bordering on HANGRY, you could go single beef and be well satisfied, burger patties are generously sized, well seasoned and cooked to order, my medium well was almost perfectly done! All the ingredients were fresh and presentation was neat. At my table, I was happy to find additional condiments including Heinz ketchup which I am very partial to…in addition to steak sauce, hot sauce and malt vinegar for fries. The double burger was honestly almost too tall to bite into, not a fault but a fact so again come hungry, bite was flavorful and reflected the grilled cooking process, the beef may have been a bit too salty but that can be a matter of taste. Overall this burger was DELICIOUS!!! The onion rings were a good compliment, lightly breaded and fried crisp they were also really good! I intend to go deeper on the menu on my next visit and with this example am sure I will not be disappointed! Enjoy!!!

Everything was delicious despite forgetting my bacon. When I called to tell them my bacon wasn't on my sandwich Donte was very sympathetic and offered to make sure I was good next time. Also my instore experience was phenomenal everyone greeted me and acknowledged I was leaving and said goodbye 👋. I never write reviews this is my first. Food so good I forgot to take a picture but I will when I return in a few days.

Before I had a bad experience with a chicken sandwich, but this time, Chef Dante my man explained why I had bad experience with that chicken sandwich. Today I had a double Patties Burger cooked to perfection, and fries were just so perfect 🍟 🍔 it was outstanding . Thank you

I was very disappointed not only in the service but the food. The guy took my order which was a burger and fries. Right after with his bare hands he reached inside the freezer grab the fries and dump them into the hot grease. When I asked him do they wear gloves he stated not when we are cooking only after. I should have left right after but I proceeded to wait for my food. I ordered a medium burger and waited for 20 minutes which was obscured being as though I was the only person in the restaurant. Once my order was done I left went to my car bit into my burger and I was not pleased at all. It was very bland and overly done (well done). Never again! I could have went to Wendy’s.

Delicious food and a retro 80s atmosphere complete with music from the decade made for an enjoyable dining experience. The prices are reasonable, but the burgers are made to order so allow enough time to take it all in.

I'll NEVER visit this burger shop again. I was having a really rough day when I stopped by. As I was looking at the menu, a female staff member used a rather arrogant tone and said, "How ya doin'?" I replied with a simple "Hi" and continued to browse the menu. However, she suddenly raised her voice and yelled at me, "Hey, I'm talking to you! Yes, you. How ya doin'?" I didn't feel like she genuinely cared about how I am doing; it seemed more like she wanted people to respond to her. It didn't come across as a sincere concern for how I was feeling. Congrats, you managed to make my mood even worse.
