The Warm Gentle Yoga class on Sunday mornings is my favorite. Jerrod is an outstanding teacher! He guides through the moves and it's a little different each time, but every time I feel refreshed. I look forward to his class every week, as it helps me reset to take on my week. The studio space is lovely as well. And Sydney at the front desk is quite pleasant.

I started going to Natalie for help with my migraines about a year ago. I’ve had issues my whole life and had tried everything from pills, injections, more pills, and infusions, but nothing seemed to really work or if it did not for long. I can say that after a few weeks of seeing her my headaches decreased in frequency and intensity. After a couple months I went from 4/5 really bad headaches to 1-2 and after about a year I sometimes go without headaches for a whole month. If you have problems with headaches and are tired of living in pain or putting chemicals into your body I would definitely try acupuncture.

Started coming to Natalie for accupuncture 1x per week about 6 weeks ago. Have had migraines for about 25 years. Been to neurologists who have given me piles of meds. Some worked, some did not. On average I was having 20-25 per month. Yes quite intense! For past 3 years I have been on a monthly migraine shot. When the price skyrocketed I came off it. Migraines returned. People have suggested accupuncture to me for years. Kind of seemed weird. However, my bff felt so bad for me when my vacation was ruined due to severe pain and got me a hefty gift card to beyond zen with Natalie. It's really been oddly amazing. I don't know what kind of magic she does but I finally feel like my body is healing... I'm not just covering up pain. My neurologists have told me I'll never find the cause of these migraines.... well it seems Natalie did😜if you're not sure about this stuff let me tell you, it's the best pain reliever I have had... ever. And zero nasty side effects. Their facility is beautiful, calming and clean. The staff is super accommodating and kind as well! HSA accepted for accupuncture, which was a happy surprise!!!

Dr. Natalie has helped both my mother and I so much to help alleviate our debilitating pain. She is so gifted in her craft of acupuncture. We would highly recommend her.
