Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa - Hotel in Los Angeles - 10300 Wilshire Blvd, USA

We had the wonderful experience to stay 3 nights in this beautiful hotel! If you love vintage and also modern style then this is your hotel! We arrived at 1pm and received a warm welcome at the entrance. As we had a bad experience before at another hotel we had to go directly to the reception team and ask if they still have free rooms. And gladly they had :) We asked for a beautiful big room and they asked us if we have problems to walk stairs as they have a few nice rooms but we´d have to walk a bit. As we like walking it wasn´t a problem for us. You just have to know that there´s just one lift to the first floor and then you have to walk stairs, but for sure the reception team helps you with your luggage. The second room they showed us was love at first sight! There was a huge living room, a big bath and a big sleeping room. And a really nice carpet was in all the rooms... The cleaning team did a good job and we never missed something. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the room service is quick (even they have to walk a lot of stairs)... So all in all it was a great experience because the whole team (reception, restaurant, cleaning team, gardeners etc) is very nice :)

We reserved a suite and one room for one night while here. This is our second stay at this property.||Pro's = staff is helpful, suites are 1 bedroom apartments, kitchen's fully equipped except dishwasher, bathrooms with shower and separate tubs, showers have hand sprayers and sink / vanity is outside of wet room. Dining area, living area, desk and chair to work. Wonderful exterior corridors but they face the courtyard not the street. Plenty of closet and drawer space for a week or more stay. Full size refrigerator. Beauty salon on site and gym. Pool with chair lift for those that are disabled or need assistance. Love the full wrap around walk ways around perimeter of each floor. Underground parking.||Con's - no dishwasher in kitchen. Hotel style rooms can have many stairs so if you are disabled I would recommend requesting a room or suite in the main hotel with elevator access. Underground parking is expensive but in line with all BH and LA hotels.||I had surgery and we had stayed at this property during my first surgery. This time we originally reserved at an extended stay property and moved back here after our first night at the other property. This is a great post op hotel being you can pull into underground parking (EV charging available), take an elevator to your floor in privacy (most of the time), have a home away from home with all that you would need and when you are just up on walking again, you can do laps around the courtyard outside your suite, without stairs, with a rail if needed. ||Would definitely recommend for pleasure, business, post op recovery. Great location, convenient to many things, places, shopping, restaurants, health care, tourist sites.

Séjour idéal en famille. |Personnel accueillant. |Le restaurant est bien pratique car il n’y a pas grand chose d’autre autour : pas de petit supermarché ni autre offre pour se restaurer. En revanche, comme partout, les prix sont très élevés.|Chambre équipée d’une cuisine mais nous ne savons pas où faire ses courses…|Et le ménage de la chambre n’a pas inclu le nettoyage de la table après notre dîner room service.|Le quartier est très tranquille et sûr.|La situation de l’hôtel est bonne mais il est impératif d’avoir une voiture pour se déplacer car sinon rien n’est accessible. Comptez une vingtaine de minutes en voiture pour les différents sites tels que Universal Studios, Walk of Fame… quand le trafic est fluide.

Rude reservation staff who don't care about customer service. But based on the property ownership it makes sense. Prices online are not legit, when you call to make a reservation their attitude is take it or leave it. Their actual quote was "do you want the room or not" only after booking and check in to realize that it was one of the least desirable rooms on the property... Probably on purpose. Avoid this place.

Simply magnificent this beautiful Hotel and medical spa! I tried the micro needle stem cell facial with brightener! My skin is glowing and I feel loved. Thanks again I’ll be back for the series. Yay my home for beauty.

Found a good deal for this hotel based on it being a weekend in July, in Beverly Hills. Lovely hotel. Great decor throughout. All staff were really friendly. Swimming pool was lovely and warm and used the hot tub on one of the upper floors near our room.|The room we had did state that you need to be able to access your room via stairs and it was a bit of a hike finding the room and getting in with the luggage. Maybe the option of having a porter help me wasn't a bad idea in hindsight!|Loved the hotel. Location great. All in all it was a great stay and would return if the price was right and I wanted to stay in the area.|Used hotel as a base for Universal Studios which were half hour away in Uber for $20 so nice and easy.

Incredible place for us. Great rooms and incredible service. Central to so many things or just stay in for a five star experience. I cannot recommend this place enough

I love this fantastic and gorgeous Hotel! Wow. The Medí Spa and wellness center really made me feel amazing. I tried the microneedle stem cell facial and I loved it. An instant lift. The the service was amazing. My practicitioner was so kind and Knowledgeable. This is my new home and I can’t wait to try the restaurant too which I am told is world class!
