Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort - Featured Reviews (998)
Just left Beverly Beach Campground after a three night stay. Yes arrived the day hurricane Debby hit land. No problem on the East Coast. Just a little rain so my review has no bearing with weather consideration. Upon Arrival everyone was very friendly while taking my money. That was the last customer service I received the site that we chose was supposed to be a premium site which meant the site was wider and not as close to check in area. The site could not have gotten much smaller as far as width. . We were 1 foot of grass apart to the next site luckily there were not many people staying due to the storm. It is of my opinion the price was reflected solely because I had a view of the ocean. No amenities to reflect the price of the site. I have stayed in numerous facilities throughout the country with more amenities and less cost if you’re wanting a view of the Atlantic ocean, I would not recommend this park, just continue driving just about 100 yards north where there is another RV park that has a view of the same Atlantic ocean.
We loved our stay there. The location was the best. Sites are clean. We were right on the water and loved it. It was our last stop back home to Tampa area from 3 months out. It was just we needed for the weekend. We will be back and for longer next time.
Beautiful view. Very good maintenance. Sites are tight and prices are very high, but worth it for the view and beach. I like that I could walk my dog on the beach.
It was our third time staying here but unfortunately our last due to poor customer service and subpar management.
Checked in at 1:30pm, setup and enjoyed the reason we came… the beach!! It wasn’t until 11pm that we saw a red battery light and realized we had been using our RV’s battery and not electric even though we’d been plugged in all afternoon and evening. We tried troubleshooting the problem in the dark with flashlights before bed and thought it could have been our old RV.
After a very hot July night without A/C, went into the office in the morning and the maintenance man (who was very nice!) came over and opened a box while explaining that sometimes the prior occupants of the RV sites open the box and turn the power off completely.
We couldn’t believe that this is a common issue but yet it wasn’t mentioned during check-in and there was no signage or anything on that box🤦🏻♀️ There wasn’t even a handle or anything that would suggest that box opens to the public!!
Went back to the office and asked to speak to the manager. One rude lady with an English accent said the manager Ginnie wouldn’t be in until the next morning. That next morning went back into the office and was then told she wouldn’t be back later that afternoon - Ha! So since that was our checkout day, left a message for her to call us later on. Waited to hear from her until 5pm and then called the office instead of waiting another day. What a joke their customer service is!!!
The manager Ginnie was then ARGUING with us over the phone and practically blamed us for the person who shut off the power box before our stay?!?! I suggested that maybe they put some kind of sign on the box or even say something when people check-in since it wasn’t the first time that this has happened! …Crickets… She didn’t seem to care one bit about our struggles or stifling hot night without A/C due to THEIR mistake.
We didn’t receive any compensation after paying $170 per night for electricity that we did NOT receive due to no fault of our own!! We will spread the word about our negative experience and stay elsewhere from now on.
Our favorite campground! We stay here at least 2-3 times a year for a minimum of 2 weeks. Campground is clean, nice camp store and reasonably priced ! Staff and management our awesome! Love this place!
If you want right on the beach, this is it. If you want incredible sunrises every morning, there can't be a better place in the area.
If you need enough water pressure to take a shower in your unit or reasonable Wi-Fi, this is not the place. Spots are tiny and Verizon signal was bad.
Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Pet friendly (they do NOT discriminate against certain breeds) I would definitely recommend 👍 and can’t wait to be back!!
Sites on the west side of the road are on top of each other with sewer hose in neighbors site next to picnic table. Staff is friendly and bathrooms are clean. Beach is small and at a 25 degree angle. We stayed for 10 days wich was 7 days to long. We won't stay there again.

Absolutely amazing place. Walking past, you assume you're in for a small tea shop, and while it is very cute and cozy, they far exceed all expectations! The baked goods, the vegan options, THE SOUP. Every time I get something here, I'm surprised at h
What an unique place! The food was incredible, hard to pick from such a great menu of options. I had the spicy beef broth (photo) and my husband had the Soko bowl and the ginger honey tea, all amazing! Service is awesome as well. We definitely will b

Whenever I come to visit my mom, this is the first place we come to visit! My two pups never want to leave, and itâs nice being able to have some drinks and food, talk with friends, and not have to feel guilty while my dogs are at home. The staff i
Great vibe. Great personality by owner. Got a quick bite after finding this on google maps and because we wanted to see the ocean while we ate after going to church. Opens earlier than other places (10;30) on Sunday Loved giving Bobs our business.
Iâm a local and come here for happy hour regularly. The managers (Dex and Colton) are fantastic and always make me feel so welcomed. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, they have a good selection of wines and beer, and the charcuterie board
This beach was really nice and not crowded at all. Plenty of free parking. The sand was beautiful and the color of it was very different from your usual sand color. Some seashells. The sand consist of crushed shells. Several great oceanfront restaura
