TOOTHPICK in my Burrito. Even tipped the guy! Makes me wonder what else has been in my burritos? Come here often & was trying something different with the Hot Cheetos Burrito. Definitely not what I was expecting. Glad I ate slowly. Foods not good enough to take the risk again.

Probably the worst Beto's location in the state for breakfast. I asked for an egg and cheese burrito. Specifically, "only eggs and cheese." With potato? They ask. Sure, some potato. I think it was one scrambled egg (maybe) and 2 full potatoes. Not delicious. honestly, don't go to any Beto's for breakfast unless you want 90% potatoes. Update after response from owner: I said what I said. Eggs and cheese only. You brought up potato. Would you eat something like that? All potatoes with some cheese and half an egg? That's not good food. Take some accountability for your product. Keep your garbage food and your garbage attitude.

I've always loved ordering from this specific Betos because my food was always hot and delicious but the other day I called just to inform them I was sent an incorrect burrito twice as well as verify the correct one was made and the person that answered the phone was extremely rude. I could have called with an attitude but I didn't because mistakes happen, I just wanted to double check that they make the correct burrito. I literally just reordered it and called to verify yet she seemed to have such a horrible attitude which was disheartening because I tried my best to show that I was not upset BOTH times i called. She answered the phone so sweet and as soon as I mentioned about the mistake made her tone changed extremely fast. The customer service was AWFUL especially since I was still extremely nice when they messed up my order multiple times. Weird. Due to service I'll just order from a different location MY APOLOGIES, I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO RESPOND TO THE OWNER COMMENT BUT THIS HAPPEN YESTERDAY 10/30/23 MY FIRST CALL WAS AROUND 4:15PM SECOND CALL WAS AROUND 5PM

I loved my food! Another fabulous sauce.

Do not order doordash from this location, they will mess up your food almost as if they are doing it on purpose. I have friends that have had the same experience when ordering through this location.

Delicious burrito. Nice and cozy eatery. Could have more sauce options. There were only three.

My fav guilty pleasure is Super Nachos with fresh tortilla chips on the side. This Resturant let me buy a half-order. Yay!👠

Just came from this place. The first time there, they overcharged me and didn't even get my order right. I called the girl, answered the phone, and hung up. I called back, and she is hanging up on me. I've called 7 times, and still the same result
