Bestway Inn - Motel in Muncie - 4000 N Broadway Ave, USA

Stayed here for 3 nights. Owners were very kind and proud of their property. Our room was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. Good air, quite location and small but nice bath. Price and value was amazing. Family owned with pride and recommended but us.

I travel a lot for work and let me tell you this is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stated clean and well maintained great priced and good people. Highly recommend for anybody stopping for a night or long-term workers. You will not find a better quality hotel in this area,

Absolutely the best one I have stayed at so far in Muncie! Yes it may not look like much on the outside but the room is great from the little porch room you have on the outside to the remodeled bathrooms on the inside. The service was great anytime we needed new towels or rags they would be quick to get it for us and always checked on us. Before we got there the guy at the front desk at the time turned on the AC on for us. Definitely will be coming and staying every time i come back to Muncie. He also worked with me on the prices I didn’t have all the cash on me at once he charger my card for only 2 night even though I was staying 5 and reserved 5 and when I gave him all the money he charged it for the rest. He was very understanding and very reasonable.

Very clean rooms remodeled shower area is nice the stone on the floor is very nice as well. The owners are very courteous and always ask if you need anything every morning there were no bugs no issues at all actually. My girlfriend and I have stayed here for almost a week and have no complaints.

I stopped here for a rest during my birthday trip and was very happy with my choice! This motel is very reasonably priced, the owners are super attentive and very kind, and though the decor was a little dated, the room was clean and pleasant. The wifi is free and decent for streaming movies or browsing the web. The room came with a mini fridge/freezer and a microwave. This place really is a hidden gem! The only issues I experienced was very loud train whistles all throughout the day and early evening as the motel is very close to the railroad tracks, but that is easily blocked out with a pair of noise-cancelling headphones.

This hotel is amazing! And CLEAN. My brother and I came to the area for the eclipse and -- as you may know if you've ever tried to book a room near such an event -- hotels all over hike their prices and rooms are hard to find. The Bestway was one of the very few affordable options in the area. We could not have been happier with our accommodations. First off, even though the exterior is a classic Mid-Century motel (PLEASE don't ever change that!), the rooms themselves are updated in ever way. This place was cleaner than most chain hotels I've stayed at in the last few years; it's clear the owner and the staff truly care about the experience their guests have. If I ever find myself in Muncie again, I would stay here in a heartbeat. I wish there were more small hotels like this everywhere. Side note: The Mexican restaurant across the street is fantastic, too. It may look like an Americanized margarita-heavy place, but the carnitas are on point and my brother got a plate of veggie fajitas that were enough for three people.

We stayed here to watch the solar eclipse, it was a great exspierence! They allowed us to watch the eclipse from the parking lot, and even offered us chairs for our family members who forgot theirs! They were very nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. You can tell they take pride in their motel. Very fair prices There is a great family friendly Mexican restaurant right across the street as well which we enjoyed.
