I had a great experience overall! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My dad uses a walker, so the staff ensured we got a room on the first floor. They also serve great breakfast! It is the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel, actually. I only had one incident that was somewhat frustrating. I had to ask the new overnight staff member to call her supervisor because we had an urgent problem in the middle of the night. We just needed a simple item to fix it. I felt she should have taken more initiative to help us. Overall, though, we had a great time! There are tons of chickens roaming around in Yuba City - so many, in fact, that the staff encouraged us to take one home! It was a fun trip!

Staff was great, very friendly. Breakfast was good, decent variety to choose from, not fancy but gets the job done. Room/property was clean. Great stay for the price. And let's give a shout out to the resident chickens and roosters and baby chicks !

I was nervous to stay here. The pictures seemed ok and quite frankly there are not many options in the area. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and quiet. We had a nice stay. The front desk gentleman was kind and friendly. There are cats and roosters running the parking lot. The rooster lets you know when it’s time to get up. It was cute for one morning, I doubt I’d want to stay more than one night and deal with it in the morning.

Reasonably priced hotel to stay for the night. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, shower looked a little bit worn for where but it was clean and the water pressure was great. Room was spacious with two queen beds. Free breakfast was cheese omelettes and sausage and some pretty spicy home fries and waffles among the other things you'd expect. Better than average hotel breakfast.

I was greeted with a smile at the front desk. I stated I was traveling alone so the hostess put me in a location closer to the office. I felt safe coming and going as well as lodging at night. I highly recommend this location as it is close to other amenities.

roosters will wake you promptly at 3am & continue until 8am (like every 2 minutes). General manager will email you 6 days after the initial complaint and tell you that basically she doesn’t care, that we were told about the issue at check in (flat out lie) and that “chickens have been in the town for decades and that she was being courteous for even emailing us back”. Do yourself a favor and choose any of the dozens of other hotels. The air conditioner is loud as heck but still won’t drown out the cock-a-doodle-doo’ing from roosters literally at your door. Not to mention the sanitation of not taking any action over these dozens (and dozens) of roosters walking and living on the property. Think chicken poop everywhere. A year ago the chickens became unprotected so they could absolutely come up with a solution to rid the hotel of this problem but instead I’ll await my generic response back for everyone to read, so it will look like they are doing their best to help me, after they have clearly shown they are not. To the front desk manager Christine. We know you tried to help us and agreed wholeheartedly with our problem, telling us we deserved a full refund and the upper management just gives you no authority to help in situations like these. We appreciate you trying to make this situation better, advising us to at least take points until we could talk to the manager (unfortunately we would get “well you took points” thrown in our face and to even get a partial refund the points would be taken back… literally immediately). To Amrita, you know you have a huge problem at your hotel and instead of trying to help your customers you give them the run around and actually falsely accuse them of knowing about the issue. You need to do better. We have stayed in the area before and never had this problem nor have i ever encountered a more unpleasant experience with an establishment in my life. As a constant reader of reviews before making hotel choices I hope this reaches as many people as possible… before you make a mistake of staying here and living a nightmare like we did.

Ladies, if you are traveling alone I would not recommend you stay here. The rooms are very outdated. It was decently clean.. underneath the beds need to be cleaned a LOT more. I would recommend not staying here because the rooms are located outside. I checked into my hotel around midnight and I was walking to my room, at least 3 older men watched me go into my room. ALSO… super important! There are roosters outside. Which can be cute at first… but when they are waking you up at 3am it gets really old. It scared me so bad in the middle of the night. I just didn’t sleep well at all. There was also a loud bang on my window at like 2am. Very unsettling place to be.

Went to visit my sister and see a concert at the Hard Rock. Only stayed here 1 night. If you're looking for a safe, clean and friendly Inn, this is the place! Why spend $500 at the casino for a room? Just stay here and grab an Uber!
