Best Western Woodburn - Hotel in Woodburn - 2980 Tom Tennant Dr, USA

Whra a great place to stay! Upon arrival Cynthia welcomed us with a smile and set up up in a very clean room. She was helpful and attentive to our needs and made sure our room was feather free. The maintenance man, John (I believe) was kind and great to chat with. Upon our departure, John helped up load our vehicle and kindly offered to bring back our luggage cart. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for making our stay excellent!

We've stayed a number of times at Best Western-Woodburn and have never been disappointed. My young boys were bummed that the pool was closed for the season (outdoor pool) but there are so many amazing things to do within a short distance that we stayed abundantly occupied. Every staff member we encountered responded with respect and professionalism. Highly recommend!!

Very clean and spacious rooms. It looks like they recently renovated the rooms. Nice, comfortable beds. Extra clean bathroom, new carpeting large mini fridge and microwave. Flat screen cable television. Breakfast in the morning. I will definitely stay here again.

My family ( including our dog) had to stay because of a power outage at our home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we could need. The bed were comfortable and clean. There was a great area for our dog to have a potty break. It was conveniently located as well.

Even though this is an older property it was clean and well maintained. The grounds were tidily, no garbage and well lit. Same for inside the room. We travel with a couple of small pets and the room was perfect, spacious, high ceilings and hard surface floors for easy clean up, just in case. Good in-room toiletries and comfortable bed, chair and desk. Staff were friendly and welcoming to us and our pets. Breakfast was good with a large selection, something for everyone. Best testiment is that we would return!

Although the building is old, it is easily accessible from the highway and close to Woodburn Outlets. The staff are friendly. However, the room was not soundproofed well so you could hear people talking in the next room. There is no fan in the bathroom, so there is no ventilation. The breakfast is not filled enough and the waffle pan is so old that the coating has peeled off and sticks to each waffle that is baked and won't come off. They need to change the waffle pan. Why do they make the person behind me think that I did something wrong and the waffle stuck?

You are pretty close to I-5 but the noise is like you are staying on the freeway. the hot tub was closed even though the hotel website says open year round. The heat to the room was off when we got there and it is December, turned the heat up to 75 and still when we left the next morning the hotel room was freezing. the jetted tub is a joke and not worth the extra money unless you are under 5 foot. When I sat in the tub at 5'9", my legs couldn't lay flat and then if I scooted down to be more covered my knees were above the water.

Staying at BW Woodburn for three nights. The accommodations are clean and pleasant. There are things that could be updated or improved, but all-in-all, it’s been a pleasant stay. Breakfast is typical fare for this type of hotel with waffle station and all. It is right off the highway but I haven’t noticed much noise.
