Best Western Windsor Inn - Featured Reviews (1324)
We were on our way to Vallejo for a wedding. Very friendly reception and helpful staff. Our room 252 was very quiet and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable with a lovely duvet. Keurig and Refrigerator. Large Bathroom with double sinks in vanity. Toilet and shower separate which is great. We had the best sleep! ||The breakfast at 6 am offered a large variety buffet. Eggs, bacon and pancakes along with many other items. It was excellent and really enjoyed it. Beautiful grounds with pool and hot tub which we did not have time to enjoy. ||We will definitely stay here again on another trip from Hope, BC to California in the near future.||Thank you for a lovely stay!
Looks nice on the outside, but inside the ground floor can use some updating. Also ANTS 🐜 on dressers and in and around small refrigerator. Cleaned myself but came back in the morning...keep food sealed up. Ants also in adjacent room family stayed in. No freezer section in refrigerator. Hot tub COLD. Told 'keeps going in sleep mode'. Pool also had lots of debris from trees and plants around pool. We also stayed next door at the Ashland hotel, orange accents...found it to be much nicer. Bigger rooms. Pool area very tidy and clean. Hot tub was HOT and enjoyable. Recommended over the Best Western...and Cheaper! Restaurants on property too. Breakfast was also better. Wished I could have continued my stay there instead...
In some ways this place is a throwback with the doors opening on to an outdoor walkway, but who cares when it is kept in such good shape? The grounds are immaculately maintained and the rooms are clean and have been kept up to date. Walkable distance to a few restaurants. Super handy!
This place is heaven. Two sinks in bathroom. Coffee and tea choices for coffee maker. Iron. Place to hang your clothes. Three chairs, a table and a desk. Plenty of room. The bed is delightfully firm and soft. Lots of pillows. Refrigerator in room. Some rooms have microwave but they have a microwave in the office you can use if you need one. Nice breakfast with lots of choices. Front desk staff helpful. Love the decor. Hot tub and swimming pool. ||I wish every place I stayed was like this one
We arrived late in the afternoon after finding this spot online during our drive. We were warmly greeted. We were told that pet friendly rooms were on the second level, we chose the second level. There are no elevators. The bed was comfortable, the AC was fine, the tub/shower didn’t function perfectly. The breakfast was sorely lacking. But it was a clean room and a comfortable bed for one night.
Pleasant hotel, but……. Location is about 4 miles from downtown and near gas stations. Hotel is definitely a typical Best Western but at much nicer hotel prices. It is very basic and in need of updating, but if you stay at a Best Western, that is what you get. Plain and simple with outdated everything. It is clean and well maintained to be honest, so that is good. Our reason for staying there was all the downtown Ashland hotels were sold out the night we were there, so plan ahead to get a much nicer location near or on Main Street, which is where all the restaurants and shops are.
Just visited for the second time, once again a fantastic experience. Updated guest rooms, very fresh & clean with super comfy beds, plus a great pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Hotel offers an extensive breakfast and is beautifully landscaped. Right off I-5, it's a perfect road trip stop: just a couple miles from world class wineries and a quick drive into downtown Ashland.
We were on a family trip and just stopped to spend one night while on the road. We were pleasantly surprised but the hotel. From the staff, to the setting, to the amenities, and great breakfast, our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to stay there again if we are ever passing through southern Oregon again.
Exceeded my expectations!! I came for an artist retreat and got so much more! Jacqui and Billy were wonderful hostesses. Jacqui accommodated every single need from planning amazing art activities, delicious local restaurants, beautifully appointed
We had a great time! The theme and puzzles were entertaining and just the right amount of challenging. Thanks Eden for being the perfect âbar tenderâ host!
