Best Western Windsor Inn & Suites - Hotel in Danville - 1292 South Boston Rd, USA

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good, but for $255, I would expect more. The beds were too soft/small for two people, the pool doesn't open until 9 am. There was no bar in the shower. No make up wipes or luggage cart. Occasionally, I would hear cars winding it out on the highway. On the good side, the price probably keeps out riffraff, it was clean, no noise from neighbors, and morning staff was friendly. I would stay again if the price was better, but for what we paid, I would look around.

Set back off 58, this hotel was largely empty. Check in was extremely tedious but done right. King bed suite was clean and very functional. Small bathroom. A/C unit was noisy. Room was quiet. Breakfast was good. Used a free night to get a 32K points suite so that was nice.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I definitely would! After checking in there is mold and mildew built up in the bathroom. Other than that the cleanliness wasn’t too bad. The beds weren’t very comfortable but tolerable! The problem arose the next day when I was going to be checking out. My company booked this hotel for me, I would never personally book this place for myself. It was booked through CLC and they called my room the morning of check out and said I wasn’t allowed to have guests in the room because I was the only person listed on the crew fax. I thought it was weird that they were even watching on the camera who came into my room but that is far from the truth. I have used CLC for years and have never had an issue with my family or anyone staying with me until this location. Any other hotel would have asked me to have CLC add my guest. Little do they know that guest was my partner who works for the same company and it could have easily been handled but this guest was also with me all night and it wasn’t a problem until check out. We had 2 1/2 to 3 hours before check out anyway. The staff should definitely brush up on their knowledge of CLC. When I called the front desk they refused to give me any kind of corporate number or tell me who I could speak to that was over them. I’m not done dealing with this situation and I’m very upset with how it was handled!

Tired room with a very damp atmosphere. The staff levels seemed very low meaning no one about a lot of the time. Power outage which only affected part of the hotel, but no maintenance team to correct the issue. To be fair I was not charged for that night.

Unsafe! Plugs in wall unsafe and had to wiggle constantly for tv reception that went in and out. Adjoining room next to us - unoccupied but entrance door from hall would not lock. Elevator not working so had to stay on ground floor. Price gauged for some event in town but hotel not up to the expectations for that price. Sorry we booked this Best Western!

Nice hotel off the highway. Conveniently located next to a Hardee’s and Dollar General. Desk staff was nice. Room was good quality for the price. Included breakfast had an assortment of hot and cold food.

I read reviews before I spend my money at an establishment. It's very discerning to see so many reviews about the mold, smells and the same desk clerks. Some going back over a year and seems none of those issues have been addressed. Management is surely lacking in alot of aspects. Looks like it needs to be a huge overhaul Starting from DM to Kitchen Attendant. Revision since I received a reply. I stand on my previous review. The fact you could reply to me but not the person(s) directly below me who had an awful experience with some of the same issues that majority of these reviews are about. Clearly your priorities are not in the right place. Sadly if you knew better you would do better but obviously you do not therefore you can not.

Yes, yes , people nice place. Supper clean, professional counter lady, breakfast nice, nice for familys(kids ) food. Pool indoor, clean , also family great. Clean staff as want I saw nice job. We'll light parking lot. Close to shopping stores. Great job Best Western staff🤩
