Best Western Waukesha Grand - Hotel in Pewaukee - 2840 N Grandview Blvd, USA

We had a wonderful stay! Staff was great and the breakfast was fantastic! Very clean and comfortable rooms too! Pool and hot tub were both very clean and well kept. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's close to stores and restaurants and right off the highway. Also I love how affordable the prices were.

The room was very clean and very nice. I appreciated the hot breakfast. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy and eggs on the day that I was there along with standard continental breakfast fare. I also appreciated that the hotel was dog friendly. Having a refrigerator in the room made things easy as well. I would recommend it to anyone visit Waukesha, particularly if you are traveling with a dog.

My wife and I absolutely love this hotel!! and so does our German Shepherd lol We try to stay here as often as we possibly can. Very clean, very friendly staff, awesome breakfast, and honestly there's nothing negative we can say. We would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a really great place to stay. There are plenty of similarly priced hotels in the area, stay there. We tried to stay here back in November and tried 3 times to check in but were told the computers were down. Check in is 3pm, it was 6pm before we finally left after being told it would be at least be 7pm. There were no apologies or offers for solutions, we were expected to just wait. When I called the next day for a refund my call was never returned by the owners. I filed a complaint with corporate and again no follow up from the owners. I was only able to get my refund after working with my credit card company.

The Best Western Waukesha Grand is a good hotel to stop at if you're on a road trip like we were, and need a place to stop over for the night. It's a safe and quiet place, near to lots of restaurants, and not far from Milwaukee. The building is getting a little old, and could do with some refurbishment. The sink in our bathroom did not drain properly, but that is something easily fixed. The beds were comfortable, and the room was descent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was pretty good. There is only one elevator in the lobby to get to the second floor, and it is _very_ small.

Room were dirty, refrigerator smelled like mold and dead animals. Air or heat didn’t work I asked to switch room because the room I was in first beds where filthy & a bunch of black spots on the mattress almost like they had bed bugs. I also saw bugs floating in the pool along with it being terribly dirty every time I went past it house keeping did nothing and management was almost always never at the front desk but always outside smoking and did nothing to solve my problems. Also a lot of police activity around which I wouldn’t expect here. In the end I left because the hotel just wasn’t worth it I understand why they are so cheap. Great location terrible hotel I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Something about this hotel spoke to me. Breakfast choices were warm, but so so. Still a useful breakfast with warm egg patties, sausage, waffles, cereal, outmeal packets, etc. But the vibe was quiet and welcoming. Room clean and comfortable

We had an absolutely fabulous stay! The staff all went above & beyond helping us out and treating us like they were genuinely happy we were there! The check-in clerk was kind, efficient and informative, very sweet! The next morning the desk clerk helped book us an extra night & got us extra towels! The breakfast staff was helpful and fast keeping those scrambled eggs & sausages stocked! Overall we had an excellent stay!
