Best Western Watertown - Hotel in Watertown - 101 Aviation Way, USA

Rooms were very comfortable, clean, roomy. The breakfast was excellent with a different variety each morning along with some staples. My only complaint would be in the pool area. The room was very echoy and the pool itself needed a cleaning. it had a lot of particles floating around.

We always stay here. Room is cozy & comfy, everything works, jacuzzi & pool is a wonderful perk. Complimentary breakfast is delicious! Highly recommend! Shamus is always smiling at the front desk. He & all staff are friendly, they all go above and beyond! Give them all raises & bonuses.

From check-in through checkout, and in between the people working at this hotel were extremely pleasant and did whatever they could to make my stay better. That included a late night snack that John the night clerk was more than willing to help me get. |The king bed in my room was extremely comfortable and a nice big screen TV, big refrigerator, and microwave. |Very nice place and I will stay here again.

Four and a half stars! Clean, convenient, and comfortable are the three C's I use to evaluate a hotel stay, and this property checked all the boxes. We were in town for a family party and this was a perfect place to crash for two nights. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and I always appreciate the mini bottles of shampoo. The morning breakfast buffet, included in the room rate, is more than adequate, and the coffee urns in the lobby are available all day which is fantastic! There is only one elevator, located at the far end of the hallway. Not a problem for us, as we just used the stairs, but it may be an issue for people with mobility challenges.

The hotel is conveniently located and staff was wonderful. However we paid $225 for a room with a king bed and pull out couch. The bed in the couch had no linens on it whatsoever and staff informed us they had none to spare and my kids were not going to sleep on an uncovered mattress. The TV was broken with a big black line down the center. Also the bathroom ceiling had an approx 12 in by 24 in splotch of mold. The pool was clean but very small which made it really hard to enjoy if there were families with young children there swimming.

Unbelievable place for the price!!! Very clean! The young man that checked us in was super! Very friendly, had restaurant info and yummy cookies!!! Once we got to our room, the A/C made some noise. I called and he came to our room with new keys for another room! The breakfast was great! Lots of options! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very nice staff and clean non-smoking rooms. I would recommend this Best Western. The staff informed guests about local activities. Pool available. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. Washing machine and dryer available.

The bed was terribly too firm, but the staff was accommodating. We had asked for extra towels and 2 blankets instead of the comforter. They told us the blankets and extra towels were in the closet, which they were. However they may want to wash their blankets, because there was a stain on one of them. Everything else seemed clean and new.||The breakfast was decent, but I feel there could be more fruit options. There were only bananas. Also there was very little oatmeal left and we were there at 8am. The napkins were also out. We had to grab some paper towel from the bathroom.
