Great stay during the long travel Back across the country. We were tired, and Linda checked us in quickly and had a great welcoming personality. Room was large and clean, didn’t hear any neighbors or road traffic. Breakfast was standard and delicious. Would recommend to anyone passing through.
Really nice and clean rooms, and Linda, the check-in manager, was fantastic. She took our reservation 2 hours prior to our arrival and checked us in, thanked me for being a platinum member, and enrolled us in the BW Autumn program for double points. Can't wait for breakfast.
Susan and I loved this hotel, it was clean, the staff here was very nice and the breakfast was excellent! We would stay here again. It was very quite, no noise what so ever. Oh, and the shower was great! We enjoyed the town and history of Van Buren, Arkansas.
ive stayed here in 2022. what i liked was being able to park in front of my room. makes it easy for seniors to carry their luggage to room. breakfast is very good food and offerings. good water pressure in shower. top quality hotel without over charging. very well done.
I will admit it was a long, tedious day traveling across TN And Arkansas. Accommodations as expected, always good at a Bestie. But the smell in the pet room, OMG. When you have to use something to cover the smell, it's time to clean thoroughly. Nice, polite staff. Linda moved me to another room but I could still smell it.
Room floor sticky and filthy; hair dryer did not work even when tripped button. Refrigerator broken did not cool. Remote control to tv did not work. Shower curtain half in rod and half off. I do not recommend this hotel. Go somewhere else.
I believe the room had been shut up for a while. It took couple of hours to get it cool. The bathroom needed updated, the tub was discolored and there was an unpleasant odor. The carpet was sticky, we chose to keep our shoes on. Finally, we killed several flies in the room.
Imagine my surprise when I found this gem on my cross country travels. The staff was so kind , friendly and helpful. Nice smiling face after several hours on the road. The room was very clean, and spacious. The beds were comfy. The shower had good water pressure and the morning breakfast was satisfying. Well worth the money. Close to not just fast food but sit down restaurants. I would stay here again!

I had the BBQ Stuffed Potato with brisket then I added a side of coleslaw and the smoked sausage! It was all delicious and the potato was HUGE!! We will definitely be eating here many times again!!
I have only order drinks from this location n the drinks are thoroughly mixed n if you have questions they will answer you they mix what you want or not what you want or extras without charging, the only thing I don't like is the waiting time for one
Walk in order. The staff was friendly, very quick, and worked as a team. We we're in and out with a hot fresh stuff crust pizza, garlic knots, and tried the twix bites.
The staff went above and beyond to make our drinks delicious and were extremely friendly. The store was clean and it was easy to find seating. They even had a shelf for board games to play while you catch up with friends.
This Waffle House was wonderful. Waffle House is just plain great; working man's (or woman's) food cooked by some great ordinary working people... they never close (almost never even in natural disasters!) and the food is exactly what it is supposed
