Best Western University Inn & Suites - Hotel in Forest Grove - 3933 Pacific Ave, USA

We stayed here 6 nights. Upon checking in, the lady who helped us check in was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was nice every morning and we'll stocked. The lady making breakfast and stocking it, did an excellent job and was very friendly. We enjoyed the indoor pool also. The 2 downfalls to our stay was the back side end of hallway door Doesn't shut and lock and if someone comes/goes it stays open, this could potentially be a hazard at night with unwanted guests. The other issue was, the hot tub was down during our whole stay.

Rooms were okay- bathrooms cramped and AC wasn’t working great. But mostly clean and beds were comfortable. Fun pool and gluten free muffins at breakfast! That’s a rarity for us. The breakfast lady was super sweet.

I did not come to this hotel for business or travel. My family home had a fire and we needed a close place to stay until we found more long term housing or were able to return to our home. The staff was very friendly and very understanding of our situation and made us feel comfortable. One staff member that stood out to me was Elena I had bugged her a few times with multiple questions about stays and rooms and she was very patient and very helpful and answered all my questions or found out the answer for me if she didn't know it. This has been a very stressful time and our stay here took a little stress off. Plus the kids loved the pool.

Out of our 12 days of vacation this Best Western in forest grove oregon was the best we stayed at..Most of all I want to give Linda the Breakfast Ambassador a rating of 5 stars plus more if I could.She was very friendly and when ask for something that someone needed she help them with a smile. Kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked for all the customers.. Best customer service I have seen in a long time..She well deserves recognition and a nice pay raise. I don't mind giving a good review when it's well deserved..Thanks Linda for your great service. Sb

Comfy bed, plenty of towels and excellent staff. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in easy and were able to accommodate our wishes! Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend the Best Western University Inn & Suites in Forest Grove, Oregon!

We stayed at the University BW facility in Forest Grove, OR. The check in was quick and efficient, the room was available on schedule. There are 24 hour amenities like hot coffee or juice, our room was clean and inviting and the breakfast was excellent. I will stay here again.

Large and clean room but just basic amenities. Air conditioner was noisy and couldn’t regulate temperature. Hot water pressure in bathroom was irregular which required constant adjustment. Some of the vending machines were not refilled which meant limited options.

They completely messed up our reservation not once but TWICE! Be careful if you choose this hotel. You can call their front desk, be told your reservation is assured, in our case, 2 rooms for 2 nights, and when you arrive, be told, “you have 2 rooms for ONE night, and sorry, there’s nothing we can do.”
