Best Western Town Center Inn - Hotel in Weslaco - 1005 Fairfield Blvd, USA

Overall I would stay here again.||The good - super fluffy pillows and topper on bed. Breakfast bar had many hot options, as well as many to go items (applesauce, oatmeal, granola bars). Room was large, AC was cold, all equipment in gym was working (treadmill speed/distance was not accurate but it worked.) Most of the staff were super friendly, esp the women. Pool was clean and open. Hotel was older but kept is updated and clean, with lovely surroundings of bushes/trees, etc. ||The bad - the stairwells, hallways and elevator were extremely hot and humid. We were sweating before we got to the lobby from our room. The gym didn't have anything to clean the stations with after use (spray or wipes). Receipts couldn't be printed from "snack bar" purchases (needed for business paperwork). TVs were older and remote didn't control all the options on the tv. (No apps available to log into etc). Most of us (we had 3 rooms) had orange spots (bleach?) on sheets or towels. Some of us had rips or holes in the towels/shower curtains. My tub filled up with every shower. ||The worst part was how dang hot it was everywhere but the rooms but everything else made the stay just fine. We were there at the beginning of May - I can't imagine what it's like in August. ||Overall, these annoyances were not a big deal to me or my coworkers and I would stay again. All I need is a clean place to sleep and shower and a good breakfast! They had some amazing scrambled eggs with sausage!! If you aren't hard to please like we are, this is a great place to stay. If you nitpick about everything, you might want to go elsewhere.

Service was fabulous at check in and out, the lady was very kind and helpful. Housekeeping also with providing fresh towels at the change out. Thank you to all hospitality staff. The room itself was subpar. Building owner needs to step up and provide better rooms. The first floor room we stayed in had a visible water damage on baseboards and ceiling of the restroom. The water backed up into the tub as well. Restroom fan had to be left on the entire stay so it wouldn't smell like sewage. The mattress needed replacement as coils could be felt. Would not stay here again. I would like to think ownership runs through the quality and expectations of their locations. The amount of damage and apparent neglect means there has been no solution to the issue. Sorry Best Western, not this location.

Heidi was very friendly at check in and helpful. the lady that was working the breakfast was very friendly and the food was hot and very delicious .my room was |very clean and the bed was very comfortable .the maintenance man was very helpful he help me with my luggage to my room and he was very very handsome

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the room was clean and cozy, the staff went far and beyond, great location walking distance to restaurants, great breakfast, overall I am 100% satisfied, except for just one thing. Having to deal with the marijuana smell from the young arrogant guest in the room next to mine. I knocked on his door to ask him politely to go outside to smoke his weed, but he got very angry, and gave me an attitude! I hope he gets charged $150 for not complying to the rules!

Beautiful rooms, great breakfast and wonderful staff always makes you feel like family Heidi was so accommodating for me. Above and beyond with her care. And the night gentleman is no exception he was so nice as well. Everyone I bumped into was so nice

Overall good customer service! Good accommodation and just a great stay! Rooms were clean, pillows were fluffy, breakfast every morning, coffee and juice 24/7, very helpful and informational. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was very exquisite and to very last detail of the place was wonderful to the hotel itself to the staff, I have never felt more at home. I greatly enjoyed the pool, gym, and the laundromat. The food was exquisite and very tasty. I enjoyed egg omelet, and the drinking fountain.

It was a great stay. Our room was clean and overall it was very comfortable. We usually stay in Best Western hotel where ever we go.|We will stay in this one in the future|Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows.|||||||The breakfast was good too. No issues
