Best Western Statesville Inn - Hotel in Statesville - 1121 Morland Dr, USA

From check in to check out the staff was readily available to help out with any of your needs. The room was very nice. The pet deposit was very reasonable and quiet and friendly. I will definitely stay here again if in this area. Was hoping to make it to the pool but didn't have time but it was clean and looked well maintenance.

This was one of the best experiences in memory at a less expensive chain motel. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant, and the room and common areas were clean and thoughtfully appointed. We were on the ground level and the parking lot was well lit. I felt safe. One minor complaint is that the staff didn't notice that there were 3 adults registered for a king room, so no linens were left for making the sofa-bed. I needed to make 2 trips to the office to get the needed bedding & towels. The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable. There were no grab-bars in the bathtub, which could be problematic for some, but the room was not designated as "accessible." While we didn't use the pool, it looked clean and even had a lift for persons with mobility challenges. The website said they served a continental breakfast, but a full breakfast was offered, and for a relatively inexpensive hotel, the food was fine and ample. The breakfast attendant was very accommodating. The person in reception was welcoming, available and helpful. She noted that they had recently redecorated, and it did look fresh. The price was also very reasonable. I'd definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

Although this Best Western is an older property, the rooms have been nicely updated. Our room was very clean and the bed was good. The room air conditioner was a little loud but was not annoying at all. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, waffles, yogurt, packaged apple slices, great coffee, etc. There was a small outdoor pool that looked nice but we did not use it. The best part was the staff, both front desk and breakfast staff. Their cheerfulness and helpfulness seemed to radiate to the other guests and everyone was saying "hello" as you walked around the premises. Very good experience and would highly recommend the hotel, especially at the great price!

We loved the beds and pillows. The rooms are very clean. There are many restaurants and food options nearby also the complimentary breakfast was awesome! Many Gas stations near by to fuel up before starting our next day on the road!The staff was helpful and friendly. Over all we will definitely come back here again.

They have smoking rooms so for non smokers it will reek like stale cigarettes. Other than that the rooms were big and nice. The floors need cleaned better. Whatever shampoo is supplied smells wonderful! Big towels in bathroom .

Easy to get to off the highway, clean throughout, safe parking, efficient check-in, good TV program options and breakfast included. Staff looked up awards program and discovered I was already a member and provided discount of her own initiative. Very much appreciated!

Stayed at this location for a night while traveling by car to Florida. Fantastic location, super friendly staff and very clean room. The bed was heaven after a long day in the truck. Plus lots of parking for large vehicles with trailers. Bonus points for allowing pets!! Will definitely be back!

The room was immaculate and the staff were very friendly! When we arrived the desk clerk was welcoming and helped us. There was a small computer issue that was remedied quickly. Checking in was quick and easy. We were able sit at the tables and eat our dinners.
