The rooms were fairly clean. However, the carpet needs to be shampooed. The room had a smell of bad feet odor. The towels were also hard and rough. The front desk receptionist was awesome. Even after the system was down, with several people in line, he provided great customer service. Overall, I had a decent stay.

We stayed here because we had an early flight and it was my birthday so we wanted to do something fun. We checked in around 8pm and when trying to check in, we were told that a $200 deposit fee was “policy” since we were staying within 30 miles of the hotel. It was not on the website, and if it was we would not have booked with them, because frankly, I find that absolutely ridiculous. We were staying for less than 12 hours and had paid for the room beforehand. After forking over $200 that was not laid out beforehand, we were gifted two coupons for free snacks. How generous. Our flight left around 8am so when the front desk asked what time the shuttle should pick us up, we said 6:40am. We were eating breakfast around 6:20- 20 minutes before the time we were told our shuttle would leave- the driver was yelling at us to hurry up and get on the shuttle. There was not even an ounce of patience shown to us. We told him that we were told 6:40 and he told us that we were wrong and that we needed to get on right then or he would leave without us. After the night before, and then the following morning, we decided that Best Western would NOT be getting our money again. Worst experience ever.

Man the manager was a great lady she was very polite and sweet. She did such a great job I told her how great of a stay I had. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay there for our first time in St Louis. The housekeeping and staff was so sweet and nice. Every morning they spoke asking me how am I doing. People don't understand sometimes that's wat it takes to brighten a day. Great job best western if I ever travel back to St Louis I'm there.

I genuinely enjoyed my stay, staff service is exceptional! I love to see it. Beautiful decor, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I checked in I was told the pool hours and of course I wanted to swim but wasn't informed the pool was closed for maintenance my whole stay 😩, and while my room was clean I did have one bed which bedding was stained up and the shower curtain that hung on the outside of the shower was very moldy and thought that's very obvious why wouldn't it be taken down 💁🏾 other than that very nice stay. No smoking, no bad smells and no noisy ppl. Breakfast was delicious thank you again Best Western!

We took a 3 day family trip to St. Louis. The entire time we were staying at this best western our tv didn’t work. After asking the front desk many times, my husband googled how to fix it and we did it ourselves. They never cleaned our room the entire time we were there, even after we asked them to. We called down to the front desk and asked for clean towels and were told “we don’t have any, but may have some in maybe an hour” we still didn’t have any at 10pm. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Best night staff ever! Visiting from out of state for grandson's graduation. The night desk hostess was great making check in so fast and easy and answered questions on what was in the area. We were very happy to see the entire place was clean and well managed as BW has become our stay of choice. Clean rooms, breakfast was hot and fully stocked. Not sure we liked the kiosk with the remote person (kinda creepy) but we will definitely be coming back!

The air conditioner at our house suddenly gave out on a 98 degree day, so we thought we'd spend the night here until it could get fixed the next day. After reserving a room for me, my wife, and my 8 month old baby we arrived and were told by the lady at the front desk that we're not welcome due to living too close to the hotel. Not sure what that has to do with anything as my money spends just the same as everyone else's, but this discriminatory policy was only repeated back to us by the front desk with the explanation that she "didn't want to lose her job." However if this is what someone who hopes to stay here can expect to be treated by the staff then it's clear the bar is pretty low and I don't think anyone has to worry about losing their job any time soon.

When arriving at 7:00pm we checked in. As we checked in, we went upstairs our room to only find that someone was still cleaning the room when we went downstairs to front desk they changed our room.. When going to that room we walked in and seen someone else was staying in that room. As we then headed back downstairs to notify them someone escorted us upstairs and told us that the room was finished. We went in the room was not fully cleaned.. The toilet still had poop in it toilet, along with toothpaste, stains on the mirror. In addition to that we had no towels and the floor was sticky. The headboard had fingerprints on it along with the main door. In addition to that the last day of checkout I had someone call me at 9:30am to ask if I checked out. I don't know is how things are ran at the location but to call people that early to see if we left was as if they didn't want us there and was being rushed. U checked out 30 minutes later and notified the front desk. If check out is at 11am why call me instead of just knocking at 11.

I really enjoy the trail around the park. Field up top is large, perfect for a football game. The playground is well maintained and the the racket ball courts are nice. Only downside is the tennis courts need a serious overhaul.
