Best Western Space Shuttle Inn - Hotel in Titusville - 3455 Cheney Hwy, USA

We enjoyed our stay here as when toured the area. The rooms were clean, spacious and beds comfortable. We loved the retro feel of parking outside our room and the distance to our attractions were perfect.|The breakfast room was well stocked and Shelly did a nice job of keeping the area clean. We will go back!

Is the building older? Yes. But for the price, the amenities are fair.||||Issues, though - an odor of pot upon entering the room. Little hairs in the bathroom, on the floor, in the shower area, candy wrappers behind the bathroom door... A mystery stain on one of the bed skirts, and don't move the ottomans if you don't want to see the icky stuff.||||A little more attention from cleaning staff could have solved most of these problems.||||Also, there was some sketchy looking activity in the parking lot. ||||The breakfast was pretty good, the staff were all friendly.||||Not the worst place I've been, but I'm not sure I'd stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights for a Kennedy Space Center visit and for us it was a good choice. Rooms were reasonably clean & comfortable. Given the room rate we did not expect 4 star convenience. Breakfast room was a little crowded, but breakfast offerings were fair.

The rooms are not equipment for charging cell phones, the TV has no movie channels, there was no soap in the shower, the bed sheet had nail polish on it, there was no ice bucket in the room, and finally since they did not supply me with a "do not distrurb" sign, housekeeping entered my room without permission. This was as bad as bad gets. About the only good thing was the breakfast

I had to come write another review and praise this hotel and it's staff, they seriously are the most accommodating and sweetest people ever. They do absolutely everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible and I cannot stress enough how great all of the staff is, seriously. They are on top of everything and do an amazing job with upkeep on and inside the property. You can't beat the price either, they've got the best pricing for all of your basic needs in a hotel and free breakfast and the pool. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. Martha is a sweetheart as well and you can tell she cares about her staff, clientele, and that her property is welcoming for everyone, and again Jennifer and James are straight up just awesome people. They are killer at their jobs and they work hard sun up to sundown, and even in-between! If you want a nice stay and to not break the bank paying Hampton prices, this is the best place. They are constantly working and cleaning and you'll never catch them slacking off. They really go above and beyond to make sure things are clean and that everyone has a great experience at their property. 10/10 stars everytime, no complaints ever! ⭐ Seriously love this place!

This Best Western really needs an overhaul. The rooms are ok but the bathrooms could use a renovation. They tried to make it nice but who wants to sit on a tiny toilet from a time when people used to be shorter. The rooms also didn’t seemed very clean. I still gave it 4 stars because for the price one shouldn’t complain… I been here years before and nothing has changed. Not great is the breakfast room. It barely fits 20 people. So imagine a long line.

I will start by saying that the place has a very large unrealized potential. I would like to give a higher score but essential things that ruined the experience of our stay at the hotel lowered the score. The staff was wonderful and happy to help and the price was relatively cheap. The first thing we encountered is when we got our room and entered it it smelled terribly with a particularly strong smell of cigarettes (in a non-smoking room to the best of my recollection). We turned to reception and they changed our room immediately. The new room we got was without the smell of cigarettes but there were hairs in many places, as well as ants that were in several places in the room. The bed linens were not particularly clean and some had tears. The room lock was not the best and one of the cards failed to open the room door the next day. I would emphasize that no water bottles were offered in the room (something that can make it easier for tourists). There was only one bin in the room, which made it difficult to maintain self-cleanliness in the room. The shower room was small and not clean in some places. On the safety rail outside the room, bird droppings were a common and unpleasant thing. I will also add that the parking lot was an unpleasant area to say the least and there were a number of people walking around (not sure if they were hotel guests) who did not give a safe atmosphere. The gym is equipped with basic and old machines but works well overall. More about the gym, the gym door did not open with the room card but even in this case the staff came to my aid. Regarding the breakfast, the hostess of the breakfast is very nice and happy to help and fulfill the requests of the diners, the breakfast is offered early in the morning which makes it easier for those who want to travel early in the morning. The breakfast is rich and tasty and offers a good variety of hot and cold dishes. The location of the hotel is good overall, close to the Kennedy Space Center (not a very long drive) and close to a supermarket. The hotel has a pool and to be honest we didn't get to test it so I don't have a mandate to review it. To summarize the above, the hotel is quite outdated and, in my humble opinion, it needs some renewal in terms of bed linens and improved cleanliness, including cleaning bird droppings and treating insects in the rooms more frequently to maintain the health of hotel guests.

Check in was easy and service was great either way recommendations for dinner. The “suite”, two rooms with a connecting door was really poor. Dust all around and the bathrooms were very worn. Loose door knobs, loose toilet paper holders, cracked potty, strangely mounted tap and so on. Breakfast room far too small for a hotel of that size. We were a group of five so someone had to sleep in the sofa bed. This was stained and completely worn down. Luckily we had multiple blankets to make the sofa bed at least useable. A/C smelled moldy and didn’t really work in one room.
