Easy to get to, fast food options nearby. Room was ok, at first there was an odd odor, but running the fan option cleared it fairly quickly. Room had nice sized refrigerator and smallish microwave , there were coffee and tea fixings and cups, but no pot for the small coffee maker. Quick to supply extra towels for the pool hot tub. I’m only 4’10” tall so could not operate the child safety lock out around the pool because it was too high. Add said heated pool, maybe if it were a few degrees warmer I’d believe it. Lovely to see the grapes growing. I don’t know who or what was causing all the car alarms going off, but it happened at least 5 times after midnight.

Absolutely horrifying! We found a large amount of mice droppings in our initial room. After bringing it to the attention to the person at the front desk, they gave us a slight discount for our stay and moved us to another room. There my husband spotted an actual live mouse, which quickly hid underneath furniture. Stressed, tired and with little options, the front desk staff then called their manager Simon Obgat to get us approved to move rooms for a 3rd time to room, which was in the adjacent building. We thankfully, had no issues with this 3rd and final room. However, this whole ordeal cost us a great deal of stress and took over our evening plans, causing us to have to change the rest of our vacation schedule to accommodate our need for sleep. The morning of check out, I asked the staff at the front desk what they can do to make this situation right. I'm sure you can agree that no one should have to pay to deal with sleeping in a hotel with a mice infestation. I was told that the minor discount was all that they could honor and that Simon, their manager who could approve anything further, doesn't work weekends. Despite the staff calling their manager the night previous for permission to move us to a 3rd and final room, they told me that they simply cannot call him and get permission to make this situation right. They did however give me Simon's card with an email address that bounced when I attempted to send a message, and told me he should be in touch on Tuesday. No other actual way to contact him directly. Eventually I got in contact with Best Westerns customer support team who helped me track down and get in contact with the Manager who did end up comping our stay, but that doesn't take away from the fact that we had a potential health risk by staying at this Best Western. Will never be back to any Best Western ever again. See attached photos of mice droppings and suspicious stain on the mattress (bed bugs?) I'm still not feeling clean days later. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Room was well maintained and clean. Water was hot and beds were fairly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Front desk staff was courteous and provided extra towels when asked.

I've been a rewards member for a while and almost always pick Best Western for the price, cleanliness and convenience. I had to attend an event in another state and I immediately looked to Best Western for my place of stay. I found one 15 minutes away from the location. I made reservations online using my rewards member information and received a modest discount. This was nice as it fit in my budget. I made the reservations a month in advance to lock in the price. I called the customer service number the week of the event to confirm the reservation and room. This includes the pet friendly room. I specifically was looking for a place that allows pets and I spoke to the agent about this amenity. They confirmed I'd receive a pet friendly room. The day of travel I called the location to let them know I'll be arriving around 8pm. I asked to make sure I had a pet friendly room, which they responded the entire location was and not to worry. Once I arrived and checked in they asked if I had a pet. I confirmed and stated that's why I asked for a pet friendly room. Responding it wouldn't be a problem but a pet room is an extra $60 per night. I told them I already made a reservation and it's in the price. They confirmed it's not part of the online price but is collected at the desk. This completely blew my budget. $120 extra is not a pleasant surprise. Why wasn't I told when I called to confirm the pet friendly room? I paid because who wants to look for a new room at 8pm in a strange town? My satisfaction with best Western has dropped. I'll be looking for new places when I travel On a side note, someone else was surprised with the fee because they left their two dogs in the car all night. These dog's just kept barking being used to sleeping inside. The second night we didn't get any sleep. When I talked to the owners about the pet fee they also were surprised and said they couldn't afford the extra $120 a night. They apologized for their dogs. Best Western wasn't the best but was clean and affordable. Now I guess it's just clean cause they love those hidden fees.

It's located very conveniently off of 101 to get to other destinations and I didn't hear a lot of the road noise. Staff was very friendly and welcoming when I checked in late, and they were able to quickly fix my reservation when I added on a night. My friends said the breakfast was good (eggs, bacon, fruit, pancakes, coffee, etc). They do have an outdoor pool/indoor hot tub. The pool looked decent from the outside. I would say the drawbacks here were that I could hear noise from other patrons in the middle of the night (thin walls) and the general maintenance of the room itself wasn't super great (stained curtains, worn towels, water from the shower dripping off the ceiling when you got out, hair from previous patrons in the tub, etc). One person said the place "gave off Motel 6 vibes" with regards to its appearance. I noticed there were several forestry/construction vehicles parked for overnight stays. It seems like a popular spot for people working in the area (likely because of the cheap rates). I usually choose Best Westerns because of the more affordable rates and the decent facilities, but this is one that wouldn't be my first choice. I'd stop again if I really needed a place to sleep for a night on my way back home from somewhere else, but I'd look elsewhere in the area if you want a more luxury vacation stay.

We had stayed here before and it was fine. We were a bit disappointed this time. Good things: check in was good, room was clean, breakfast looked like it might have been good but we didn't have any. Not so good things: hardly any of the tv channels were working, they were all pixely. The internet hardly ever worked. The hot tub was cold and the Jets didn't work. Hopefully these things can be corrected for the next guests.

We were in Santa Rosa for my sister’s Celebration of Life over the Memorial Day weekend. Whew! Such an expensive town to stay in on a holiday weekend, so we chose this hotel that was more affordably priced for our budget. The pictures make it look way nicer than it actually is. We went to bed at 9pm after a long day’s drive and had someone trying to enter our room. Scary! We had two nights’ stay and found it to be a sketchy location. Never walked in bare feet on the dark carpeted floors. Yikes. It was super quiet at night and we did enjoy the morning breakfasts. It wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be but won’t be back, thankfully.

Room was comfortable but there was no hot water in the sink. No cold water was needed when showering. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows are seriously stiff with not much give. There was trash all over the parking lot as apparently guest have no manners.
