Best Western Seaside Inn - Hotel in St Augustine Beach - 541 A1A Beach Blvd, USA

I have to tell you the management at night here is amazing. The gentleman named James at the front counter was extremely courteous and patient with us. Our stay was exemplary and I would put it up against the embassies any day. Don't let the little bit of construction they're doing to upgrade fool you this is a five star place but Stellar staff we were checked in by a woman named Hannah who was so pleasant. I live locally a few blocks away. And my wife and I come and stay here for rest and to put it simply we always have amazing time. Breakfast was awesome with a lot to choose from. And I can't express how amazing the staff was thank you James again for an amazing stay will be back soon. There need to be more James's out in the hotel industry.

It was a standard Best Western with a modern room and a big TV. The location was very good and close to the sea (across the street) and just a few miles from the old town Saint Augustine. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you have to carry all your stuff up the stairs or to book a downstairs room. Breakfast is American, the breakfastroom was very small... Overall a nice hotel.

This hotel is very nice. Clean! Friendly! Helpful! Breakfast with waffles and eggs and sausage... And juices and pretty good coffee. The room was renovated - not perfect - but comfortable - great tv - quiet. No complaints - if u r super picky - there are a few finishing issues in the bathroom and in the room - but the clean and convenient and friendly just about makes it a great stay for the money! Thanks

Newer place....great clean rooms and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. It wasn't just cold cereal and fruit and three day old Donuts. They actually had warm waffles scrambled eggs and sausage that were better than average. I'd give this place six stars if I could. I go to St Augustine twice a year for fun and relaxation.... this will be my new go-to place. And did I say the room rate was the best in town. Thank you so much

I do not recommend this hotel at all, it is better to pay a little bit more for a different one than risking your HEALTH and in this case my baby’s health. We rented two rooms and both were extremely dirty, there was so much dirt next to the microwave and all the dust right by the bed. Seems like our room was not cleaned for years. The AC is full of dust as well and you couldn’t even walk barefoot because all the dirt in the floor. The rooms had a strong vinegar smell that could not let us breath! I ended up at the Urgent Care with my child and neubolizing him after this mess. We tried reaching out to the manager but no response. This is SAD! We also saw a couple of people “working” entering rooms without the hotel uniform and this made us feel uncomfortable as well. I hope the manager at least reads the reviews…

Great location right by the beach! They have laundry and vending machines and breakfast but the pool and jacuzzi were closed by the state department until they meet regulations. The wifi was slow too but the TV was large and beds were comfy. I wish they provided more towels too. The service was very nice. The room came with a mini fridge and microwave. Lots of soaps too.

The area this hotel is in is nice and feels safe. The rooms were sleek and up to date. The beds were comfortable. I like the walk straight into your room. The hotel was across from the beach. Only 5-10 minutes from downtown. It was close to eateries!! Very clean!!!

Comfortable rooms which are kept in spotless condition. Breakfast met expectations with a wide selection to chose from. Small pool is an extra with side hot tube, although it was too cold outside for us to use. Just a block from the ocean if you want to swim or walk the beach.
