Can’t go wrong with this hotel. Has lots of room to move around within the room. The bathroom also has lots of room, instead of making you feel trapped.
There’s great water pressure. Beds are comfy.
1st time staying at a Best Western. Overall front desk staff was friendly and courteous. "Jessica" was super helpful with extended our stay for another day. Room was clean and good enough. Level of expectation should be managed, it's not a 4-Seasons. But free breakfast was a convenient perk. Overall it was a good place to stay for a quick stop.
We have stayed at many BWs, unfortunately this one is at the bottom of our list. Not horrible but nothing outstanding. The front desk staff was |efficient when we checked in. We were on the first floor in a room that looked dingy and worn. The phone was flashing red with a message but not working to pick it up, the fitness room needed a thorough cleaning and some sanitizer for before and after workouts, the towels were thread bare, the change machine was broken, and the window that faced the parking lot was broken. No attention to any detail.
Stayed here the past 3 nights. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. The room was the problem. Light in the bathroom is on automatic timer that does not work and goes off constantly while you're in there.. the bigger issue was the bathroom sink. The drain randomly spit up disgusting stuff..appeared to be oily with chunks of stuff in it? Happened in the middle of the night and upon returning to the room??. We had no time to complain or move rooms if we had complained because we were on such a tight schedule. Did discuss the plumbing issue upon check out..Also, they never once cleaned the room in the 3 nights we stayed there.. Paid over $500.00 for this place..I would advise against this hotel. You have many other options on the same street! Best Western has lost our business in the future!
Room was fine but overall stay was very average. The place was understaffed. Breakfast choices were below average and one person on duty at front desk didn’t know how to refill coffee. They need more staff and to make it feel like they’re trying harder. We stay at a lot of BW hotels and this one was below par. I hate saying things like this.
Found bed bugs everywhere in the room including in the bed. When reported and shown to the hotel staff, we were told they weren't bed bugs and that they are trained to be professionals in knowing what bed bugs are and those are not them. Our bodies were getting bit by these bugs and we shown those to the staff as well. When asking for a refund, we were told no. When asked for a supervisors contact information, we were told she doesn't have that information to give me. I asked her for the number to corporate or customer service she told me she doesn't have that information for me either. I asked her if she's refusing to provide me with that information and she said no because she doesn't have it to give me. She then told me to look online to try and get the information I need. I told her it's illegal to withhold that information from me so she got online and have me an 800 number to call. When calmly expressing how we felt about the situation, she said she was going to call the cops for us being distruptive and disrespectful. Which we were not being that way at all so I told her to go ahead and call but she didn't. She then asked us to leave the premises if we're no longer going to stay there. So, we left. What a waste of money and customer service. I will be contacting BW further about this situation.
Clean and quiet spot, decent breakfast and hot showers. The elevator is super slow though so if you need to use it, it might cause some annoyances.
Stayed here twice. Love this location and all staff so friendly and very attentive. Room clean and comfortable, amenities great with pool Jacuzzi and gym. Best part is having breakfast every morning downstairs which is totally fabulous and convenient. Love all the front desk staff and HSKP. Feel very welcomed which makes for a pleasant stay. I manage a resort in Hawaii so it's very important to have wonderful customer service. We're going back in April and looking forward to seeing the FD staff with Hawaii goodies
We started here as part of a three winery tour on a Saturday. We were the only people there early in the day, and we had a long visit with the winemaker. The setting is perfection! We loved the wines. We would definitely recommend, and we will defini
