Really nice hotel. Clean, modern rooms with a convenient location. Very comfortable beds and even more rare, comfortable pillows too. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Not sure about the previous reviews about a non existent breakfast but they offered hot and cold options. Pretty impressed, coffee was so so though. The definitely over delivered on value and experience. Highly recommend

Would stay here again for the price especially if just driving through and staying for a night. Even thou the building is old, they renovated it and hopefully maintains the cleanliness of the hotel.

This is one of the best 2-star hotels I've stayed at and I'm almost 50. When you stay at a 2-star, you just need a place to crash for the night. What's important is that it's clean. No musty odors, no sticky floors, clean sheets, clean towels, clean hallways and elevators. This place delivers on everything that you need for a short stay. L We were visiting relatives in Queens on the Labor day weekend. The rates were affordable and it's just over an hour to drive. We were very happy with our room. It had a pleasant smell as we entered. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. The staff were all polite and friendly. The breakfast of sausage and eggs was enough to hold you over. It wasn't a fancy meal, but it'll save you a fair amount of money so you don't need to go out to eat. The self-serve waffle station was great. The Fresh fruit was welcome. We stayed at a 3 star in Tampa where breakfast was extra and they didn't even provide bananas. Our room was quiet. We couldn't hear our neighbors. Since it was towards the middle (we stayed just above the front entry), we couldn't heat any traffic. I would definitely stay here again.

Large clean room. Very friendly and accommodating check in experience. Difficulty controlling temperature in the room. Breakfast was a disaster. The place was overwhelmed and staff had difficulty keeping the room tidy and breakfast items stocked. Not the fault of staff but we saw a few tables where guests left a huge mess. Again, not the fault of staff, but still, not very pleasant to experience. It’s a shame some people are such inconsiderate slobs.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness needs improvement. Breakfast selection can also be increased to include afew more food and to reduce monotony. Internet speeds were good even when hotel was at full capacity. Overall, the hotel is a good choice.

I am a platinum member, I enjoy staying at the Best western, route 18. The staff is excellent and kind...Nick at the front desk, he is so helpful full of Energy. The Breakfast has improved a lot and the interior of the hotel is brand new.

We would not stay at this hotel again as its rooms are loud while trying to sleep due to the high volume of vehicle traffic on the two highways, I-95 and local Route 118, located adjacent to the property. We stayed in a room on the top floor that was likely in the quietest area and still could not sleep the first night. The second night was better after we bought ear plugs. If you have to stay here, bring ear plugs!!

We recently visited best western hotel in East Brunswick NJ. The hotel property was nice. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. James at the front desk was very very helpful and he answered all our questions (my wife always asks million of questions) but James was very patient and polite. Thank you for such nice staff.
