Best Western Roanoke Inn & Suites - Hotel in Roanoke - 337 Dorman Rd, USA

Positive: The location for us was great, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Size and look of room was good. Price was satisfactory. Have stayed at this hotel several times w/no problems. We actually love this hotel. Negative: Towels looked clean but had hair on them. We always bring our own towels. Shower leaked. Bathroom sink closure broken, would not hold water. I was bitten by something and had to go the doctor - antibiotic shot and prescriptions. 1st time ever problem here Negative: ""

Positive: Quiet and convenient. Close to downtown Roanoke TX and some great restaurants. Far less traffic than Dallas/Ft Worth area. Negative: The door on our room (304) wouldn?t latch by itself when it closed. Had to pull (or push from inside) for it to latch completely, otherwise it could be pushed open from outside. Also, the bathroom door had to be slightly forced to shut

The service is good, the room is clean, though the bathroom is a bit old. The pool is quite small, but is clean. The AC was super chilly and the breakfast is fantastic

Place is okay for a standard room for a night but do not waste your time booking a whirlpool room. Was told they only had two rooms with the whirlpool. The whirlpool was disgusting, hard water stains coming out of the vents, hair all in the tub and there was still candle wax on the edges from the last romantic endeavors in that whirlpool and the hotel just put towels over it. Had to go to the front desk to ask for bleach, disinfectant spray and whatever else they could give me to clean that disgusting whirlpool. We were in it for 2 minutes and had to get out. I could only imagine the bacteria infections we could get from being in that thing. Sucks because I wanted to do something quick and spontaneous for my boyfriend. Money wasted, checked out of the hotel at 2am, couldn't take being in the room, even the sheets were dirty, rough and uncomfortable. Hard pass on this place. I also booked this same room a few years ago and it was lovely, reason why I booked it again. They obviously have not cleaned those whirlpools since I booked years ago! Disgusting!!

I recently spent two nights at this Best Western, and I was impressed with how clean and bright and well-maintained this place was. My standard king room included a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker that I wasn't even expecting. And a sofa with coffee table sitting area. The room and bathroom were spotless. I had the free breakfast buffet on Saturday morning. The breakfast room also was very clean and neat, the food was fresh, and there was plenty. Very conveniently located at the intersection of Hwy 114 and Hwy 170 in Roanoke, this was a great budget-friendly experience.

If I could rate this hotel 0 stars I would. We had a major family emergency on our vacation and the employee we dealt with was rude and lied to us multiple times. I tried calling to speak to the manager with no luck. I called best western customer relations for help and the front desk employee even lied to her. When we arrived, the room we were given had a broken toilet and was right next to a loud elevator. Everything is done to the bare minimum. This is a terribly run business and the customer service is deplorable. I will never stay at this best western again.

good hotel cheap and clean. good location too, and very quiet. breakfast wasn't the best. waffle was the best food option. check in and check out was fast and had no issues. wish they had a shampoo and conditioner. they only had shampoo

Best Western Roanoke,Texas. The power went out Saturday night . For several hours I had no power for my CPAP machine. Beware, this Hotel does Not have any backup generator. Or at least it did not work if they do. And they do not clean your room or make your bed (like hotels usually do)!
