Best Western Rancho Grande - Hotel in Wickenburg - 293 E Wickenburg Way, USA

This was a very comfortable bed and the staff was very friendly. We were very hot though because the coolers can't be turned down below 72 and the circulation isn't that great in the room when the temperature is 110 outside. The breakfast was fantastic and we would stay again

Air conditioning was not working well so after hours of waiting to see if the ac unit will cool off the room we decided to move to another room. Staff were nice and helpful. Pool had lots of floating small debris from local palm trees and many wasps constantly landing in the water. The rooms were clean and acceptable.

Great parking. Great room. Nice pool. Plenty of television channels. Breakfast every morning with good choices. Local to the heart of Wickenberg. Housekeeping services every day. We will definitely stay here again

Had to make a quick trip to Arizona for a family funeral and I am a rewards member and have never had a bad experience until this trip. The staff was nice, the lobby was small and cute with some Spa water. The breakfast area was a decent size with decent breakfast except the bread (English muffin) was hard and crumbly. The pool looked refreshing but did not have a chance to use it. Now this is where the bad experience comes in ....THE ROOM.

The hotel is centrally located at one end of the historic main street. It's a sprawling complex of low rise and two story buildings. The complex appears quite old and not up to contemporary standards but that didn't detract from my stay. Just be prepared for that. The room was clean and the front desk service above average. Aircon unit was a bit loud but that goes with the age. The price was reasonable. Breakfast was slightly below normal BW standard. Half and Half creamer would have been nice with the coffee as opposed to the artificial stuff. Small point. ||I would stay again.

Bait and switch. I'm with a television show so our budgets are limited. I called the night before and spoke to a Scott and explained my situation. He quoted and out the door price said there'd be no problem. He said there would be a Sarah working there and he would leave information for her. Needless to say when I showed up Sarah looked at me like I was talking Chinese. I said Sarah will you please call Scott and she refused to do it. Instead of is she in quoted me a much more expensive rate. We usually stayed at the place up the road he said that their rooms were much nicer they showed me one not even close. Shame on them in the owner for allowing this to go on Peyton switch is against the law.

We were in a bind due to a previous booking at another close by property that didn't work out, so Best Western in Wickenburg, AZ. was very accomodating. Excellent staff & continental breakfast! Room was clean & had a fridge & microwave. Location was perfect! The only downsides were the extremely high price for 1 night, and a very large gap underneath the door of our room but we just put a towel down to keep any potential critters out. But I would recommend this property otherwise.

I rolled in un announced on my motorcycle without a reservation. The Gal behind the counter was very accommodating in finding me a room that served my needs and requirements. I was more than satisfied with the large and comfortable, clean and well stocked room. I spent 2 nights in Wickenburg and it was so far, the best 2 nights of my trip from Minnesota.
