Best Western Queens Gold Coast - Hotel in Bayside - 22033 Northern Blvd N/A, USA

We recently celebrated our high school class of ‘72 70th birthday celebration at the Best Western Bayside, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The staff was courteous and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious and charming, complete with excellent amenities, including a delicious breakfast, a well-equipped fitness center, and 24/7 complimentary coffee and water. ||Parking was convenient, with ample space either at the hotel or next door at their sister hotel's large lot. The on-site restaurant and bar were fantastic, offering delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. A talented harpist played during happy hour, adding a unique and lovely touch to our stay. ||We eagerly look forward to returning to the Best Western Bayside in the future.

The room was nice, clean and not too cold. The bed was good. My husband loved it. Breakfast was good, with multiple choices and the employees were very nice. The best of it I did not have to park my car in the street because they provided me a parking spot. I was satisfied.

Stayed in this hotel for more than a week to sort out things that were on hold during my trip around the US. Overall it was good, cheaper and newer than the Best Western in Flushing, but the rooms were much smaller. In addition, the low clearance of the parking lot was not very friendly to tall off-road rigs. The office and printing service on the first floor was very convenient.

Checking into my room, everything was just ok from the front desk. I could tell that the hotel is older, but it seemed OK. When I checked into my room, there was a strong odor of urine. I notified the front desk, and they switched me to another room, which the AC would not go past 77°. I’m here in mid July, and its in the high 90’s outside and my room will not cool off. They would and could not change my room. I’m here for work and not looking for anything from the hotel. Their stuff is so low rent and this will be my last time EVER staying at BW property. This coming from someone who is a member of AAHOA and a bank sponsor. This is really embarrassing for the brand. You all need to do better.

Clean room and bathroom. Clean microwave and refrigerator. No weird smell or noises. Good amount of space. There was always a few parking spots available even on a Friday night. Both Receptionists that I saw were very nice and had good attitudes, which I really appreciate.

room was clean, desk attendants were helpful and nice and I know stuff happens, however when I went to check in at a little after 3pm, I discovered the room was not ready and I ended up having to leave my overnight bag behind the counter until I could return later because I was attending a wedding. the check in time stated it began at 3pm. it was a little inconvenient this happened and if a specific time is listed for when check in begins I feel like the room should have been ready.

Checked in at 2am, the accommodations were clean and tidy. Throws changed and neatly dressed. The coffee makers don't work in either of the rooms we got. Tried multiple outlets no go. The tv doesn't cast even though it's an option on the menu. The continental breakfast was not allergy friendly. Overall, twas a decent 8 hours stay, but the price was steeper than any of the advertised prices.

Stayed the night because I needed to pick up my son early from JFK airport. Is right of the highway. Plenty of options for food. It was very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Free breakfast was good and they have good variety.
