Best Western Queens Court Hotel - Featured Reviews (521)
I was there to attend the US open tennis. When we first arrived, I was skeptical about staying here because the hotel is in the midst of Chinatown in Flushing and the exterior of the building looked sketchy. The lobby too was bare bones but the rooms were clean and the bedding was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy.||The breakfast that was included in our stay was basic but the coffee was very good.||The neighborhood was safe and the subway station was close by and only one stop from BJK stadium.||Overall, I was pleased with my experience here and would highly recommend this hotel for tennis lovers like myself.
Just needed a quick stay after our flight got cancelled. Normally I don’t complain but unfortunately my room was not quite up to the standards I would have expected. I found over 15 hairs under my covers once I pulled them back (not mine). There were multiple areas on my bed cover that had boogers smeared and a weird sticky spot in the bathroom with hairs hanging from it. We were also woken up at 4am by the alarm clock. For some reason it was turned on by the person who stayed before us.
Nice people but just not clean enough.
Good restaurants in the area though. Very authentic.
We stayed at the best Western in Flushing, New York. We were going to a concert at Citi Field.||The hotel was clean. It was fine, but not more than that. The room was average. It was quite small but enough for what we were looking for. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. There was air-conditioning in the room.||There was a breakfast offered which we did not take advantage of, simply because we got up too late.||I found it expensive for what was offered. But in that neighbourhood that was one of the cheapest rooms I could find.||There is no parking on site. The front desk was not very helpful at pointing us in that direction. Another guest that had checked in right before me helped me out with that detail. It would be helpful for the front desk to provide options for out-of-towners for parking. ||Flushing, New York Is a very busy borough. It is a huge Chinatown, with restaurants and pharmacies and shops for streets and streets and streets. It’s not very clean so be prepared for that.||If you’re looking to go to a baseball game, or a concert, Citi Field is a great destination. But in terms of neighborhood, Boston is my pick, hands down. It’s difficult to get in and out of Flushing. There is a ton of traffic. It’s just not worth it for me to go back to Flushing ever again.
Hotel is very clean and convenient to the subway and bus routes. Tons of dining around as espected for china town. Service was polite. There’s halal downstairs if you don’t want to go out. Area is well-lit, very clean, and feels safe even at night.
Nothing fancy. We just needed a night to stay as our apartment was being cleared for occupation. The hotel had no complimentary water bottles. The toilet bowl was stained. Flush system faulty. Breakfast was just basic. Room was small, but cosy. Fair internet speed (100mbps). STaybale if you dont have big expectations. For a longer stay I wouldnt choose this hotel
The hotel is a little further out from Midtown but it's a great location in Flushing, just a couple blocks from the 7 train and one stop from the Mets stadium if you enjoy baseball.
Rooms are a decent size and comfortable. The shower has good water pressure. Breakfast has a solid variety of options to start your day
Great location with ready access to airports and public transport. The rooms are good size and well decorated. We had a couple of issues, one of which was resolved quickly and the other took another two attempts, but got there.
I want to thank the staff who received us check-in last night. I'm sorry to forget his name, but I know that he is a very good and erudite person. This morning, we met another very friendly person. Her name is Ana gana ,Was there for their delicious breakfast,Great buffet, great service. If you go there with a huge appetite, it wouldn't disappoint. Overall experience was fantastic. Was worth my money.
We loved everything about this hotel. The room, the location, the staff. If ever back in NYC, we definitely come here again. It's a 45-50 minutes metro ride to the city center. The bus station is right in front of the hotel. There are shops and resta
