Best Western Premier NYC Gateway Hotel - Hotel in North Bergen - 2650 Paterson Plank Rd, USA

Very low water pressure. Air in the rooms feel dusty, ac unit needs to be cleaned. Good selection of tea, although water is very, very hot, you will need to double cup your drinks. Entrance to parking garage needs to be revised. You won't be able to open the parking garage gate without having to get out of your car, terrible entry design. Pool looks cloudy, either too much chlorine or you know what. Their shuttle service back from NYC is the worst I have ever seen in my life. Pickup time was 8:00PM. Shuttle arrived at 8:45PM. Before we exited the shuttle going to the city, they said you can request an earlier pickup time by calling the number. We saw what we had to in the city by 5:30PM, were tired, and wanted to go back to the hotel. We called the number 15 times within a 2 hour period. No one picked up EVER. 3 hours of my life gone from 5:30PM to 8:45PM. Bring your car even if it costs more than the shuttle. I warned you.

The stay was exceptional, with the staff exhibiting outstanding friendliness and maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the premises. The accommodations were contemporary, boasting modern rooms with beds that provided ultimate comfort. A minor drawback noted was the necessity to exit one's vehicle to scan the room card for access to the parking deck, which was a slight inconvenience. Aside from this, the establishment is highly recommended for a visit.

Such a great hotel. Awesome location. Comfy beds and clean! Cleaned room daily and left new towela and soap.Staff was nice and Matt at the bar was so skilled and nice. Loved that the garage led straight to elevator. Pool was clean and fun. Wish it was warmer though!

This was a surprise in Bergen as the outside hides a good hotel inside. The pros were staff was helpful and efficient, room was clean and roomy, bathroom was clean with shower head that was high enough for a tall person (no tub). Plenty of indoor free parking. Lobby was clean, pretty and inviting with staff greeting you with a "hello, can I help you". I would stay here again. |Cons: only one ice machine for the whole hotel, hot water take awhile to get to you in shower or sink, entrance difficult to navigate when you first arrive.

My family and I have no complaints about this hotel. Location is great. I felt secured. My vehicle was safe in their parking garage, which is ONLY accessible to guests. Customer service from front desk to housekeeping are the best. Nice size rooms. The indoor pool and fitness center is accessible by your room key. There is a lounge on the fifth floor, which is cool. I will be booking another reservation for August. It's definitely worth my money.😊😊😊😍😍😍

This hotel is very clean and a very good value compared to anywhere close to it. I honestly couldn't believe I was at a Best Western, because this one is 20x nicer than any other Best Western I've ever been to, and I travel a lot. The staff were all very nice, parking was gated and secure, the room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom is very nice. I feel like the water could have been hotter but that might just be me being picky about water temp. The shower handle is a little weird to find the right temperature anyway. Everything else was perfect with this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed. We would be staying her all the time during our visits from now on. Hidden gem in New Jersey. Great location just minutes from Times Square!

Merci beaucoup aux hôtesses d'accueil pour leurs gentillesses ainsi que leurs patiences. Nous avons un niveau scolaire ( pour la langue anglaise ) mais elles ont su nous mettre à l'aise, et prendre du temps pour nous expliquer comment se rendre a Time Square ( bus qui se trouve devant l'hôtel super 8 a 4 min à pied de l'hôtel best western ). Chambre très propre et grande. Je recommande vivement. Le directeur peut être fière d'avoir des employés aussi souriantes et aimables.
