I think there's mold or something in the room and hotel that negatively affected us. I instantly felt pressure and nausea when I was in the room and it never went away until I left the building. Everything looked relatively clean except some orange mold inside the shower. I wish we could've stayed here longer because it had nice amenities but if you're sensitive to mold or air quality issues, I would skip this location.

Cockroaches in my room! The dishes had mold on them from not being cleaned. They use tank heaters instead of tankless so you run out of hot water. Breakfast is NOT free and based off of everything else at this hotel I’d say it probably tastes like garbage. And it it likely the exact same food you’d get from any other hotel with free breakfast they just think that customers should be charged $11 a piece for some damn waffles. Way overpriced!! Also the toilet in our room looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a few months. This hotel is trying to be super fancy and nice but honestly you be better off at a comfort suites or la Quinta and pay less than half the price. I stay in hotels often and I’ll never be back to this one. Oh one good thing I did notice was they have a full gym so that’s cool…

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend. It honestly was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Now the over-all look of the hotel is nice. It is new, and pretty clean so there are no complaints there. However their evening staff is horrendous. We got in pretty late, we were tired from being on the road and the front desk girl was so incredibly rude. She told me that because I had service dogs we had to be on the first floor. Then because there were not any king rooms available that evening on that floor we would have to have 2 doubles instead. I agreed, it was late, I understood if it was hotel policy. However, when she asked for proof for the service dogs, I showed her immediately. She glanced at it and said "I'm not reading that, what size are they?" I answered "They are large dogs" She responded back with "So not real service animals" Then proceeded to charge me a pet fee without my knowledge, and a pet incidental deposit that she claim was not for the service dogs but because we have an infant. The ac in the room was not working when we walked into the room. We decided to just be patient and turn it down to see if that would help. After an hour of it running and it still almost 80 degrees in the room, my husband decided to go ask for a different room. The girl at the front desk told him "No, you have pets with you, and you're already checked in I can't move you." We toughed it out in the hot room all night. I went to check out the next morning, and I was severely unhappy. Doc at the front desk was great. He contacted the owner and got the pet fee (which I should not of been charged to start with) refunded. If he was there the night before I'm sure there would not of been any issues. However, the girl who worked Friday night left a bad taste in our mouth. I encourage you, not to stay here due to the illegal activity of the woman charging for service animals, and the neglect of her to not even give us a room where the AC was functioning correctly especially with an infant.

This is truly a nice hotel, just be ready because there is nothing complimentary there. Most hotels have at least a complimentary breakfast. The manager really seems nice but it is a business and he runs it as such. My family and I were affected by the storms in Spring, we were without power for 5 days so on the 3rd day we decided to go to a hotel. Had a little trouble with the check in but got through it. Rented 2 rooms, went to check out this morning and was ready to pay, only to find out that he charged the credit card we used to check in. We specifically told him during check in that we would be paying with a separate card upon check out. The employee at the counter said she could not reverse the transaction and said we could just cash app the money back to the credit card. Finally just asked for the receipts and left...as we were driving home my wife checked the charges on the credit card...apparently the manager charged the credit card twice after we checked in...both charges are well over $200 each, then early this morning he charged for both rooms again. Just be very careful if you do decide to stay at this hotel...for the amount of trouble this has been we should have just sucked it up and stayed home.

This property is beautiful. ** Except ** I complained, two times I tried to shower I was met with COLD WATER. So I had to shower in Cold water. There was a roach in my room. And when I visited with the Manager a Man of Indian decent who’s name started with “S” he lied to me. He said the room I chose the faucets were backwards and he did not understand why I would choose a Handy-cap room. As if it were any of his business. I had to talk with him by phone he was not on location. I told him his systems that the faucet handles were backwards was wrong. There was no hot water coming from my faucet either. I then spoke to a guest outside who was there on an extended stay Sharon confirmed there were issues with the hotels hot water system and that has happened a lot in the two months she had stayed at the hotel that they ran out of hot water. I had planned on returning on my way back to the Houston Airport however, after being lied to I did not. They had breakfast but, charged for it! I did not mind that so much except it had sat there for hours with no one even eating there. They would be better served to offer a free breakfast. I think the problem is their Manager/Owner he needs to step aside and allow people who know how to manage do his job.

Rooms are very spacious. Beds are comfortable and clean. Location is walking distance to the Waterpark. The restaurant next door has the best barbecue and fried pickles! Kristine was so helpful! Thanks for the great stay! Loved the artwork around the room and facility .

Very nice rooms. Looks newly remodelled. Very helpful staff and great rates. A lot of good food choices around and one inside the hotel that is really good. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay.

Toilet full of poop upon check-in! Someone tried to come into the room at 3am. No staff anywhere. Room was filthy. Do not stay here.
