Best Western Port St. Lucie - Hotel in Port St. Lucie - 7900 S U.S. Hwy 1, USA

What a fantastic hotel! We couldn’t be happier with our stay. All the staff, especially Maggie and Tomeka, were incredibly kind, helpful and professional. The location was perfect…near lots of stores and restaurants. Beach wasn’t too far away either. The pool was large with a nice bathing area. The room was a very nice size with separate sitting area, clean and super comfortable. The bed and sheets were soft and comfy. Breakfast was a pleasure! The lady running it was nonstop moving around keeping everything well stocked! Lots of choices and the menu changes each day. Nice bonus perk! Orange flavored water available in the lobby was a nice touch! The housekeeping staff worked hard and made sure to clean the room early. What a perfect place to stay! We can’t wait to stay here each and every time we visit this area. A true pleasure!

Husband and i tried to stay here for 3 nights. Photos misleading. Front office staff was great and refunded our stay immediately. Found dead bugs on clean towels, even had huge gap in door when shut (could see through the gap), and ac didn't work properly. Would have given zero stars, except front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Actually got a better rate at a Hilton.

We stayed here for five nights during our cross-country road trip (PSL was our destination), and it was a really nice experience. The room was big, made into a suite by a room divider that had TVs on both sides -- perfect when one of us got up early and the other didn't. Very clean, comfortable, with great A/C. (My bf had stayed here before; this was my first time.) Friendly staff. We'll stay here again.

We absolutely love staying here! Staff it always very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are always on point and the location is great, easy access to everything.

Just finished our stay at Best Western in Port St Lucie and what a find it was. Great hotel, spotless clean, and wonderful staff. The pool area is roomy and pleasant. Full breakfast was a wonderful addition. Rooms are oversized and, although a bit dated, clean and comfortable. Only complaint - both our room's key card reader on doors need to be replaced. We constantly had to ask for new keys. Great stay!

We were pleasantly surprised - honestly, the place could use an update/remodel in the rooms, but the warm pool / hot tub area really was so nice and accessible that we would have stayed on another couple days if we could. The desk staff was wonderful, as were the service people (with one exception) were very friendly and helpful. The room had been carelessly cleaned, but the linens were clean and the room smelled fresh. There is no elevator, and one of the two ice machines was out of service. A continental style breakfast was served (laid out?), but it’s perfunctory at best. Go to Grandpa’s restaurant down the street is my recommendation. I believe that the place was still a very good value, taken altogether.

An amazing experience! The place to stay, in Port St. Lucie, Florida! Very nice rooms and accommodations! The pool, is private from public view and kept very clean! The staff are top notch and the service, the same! Smiling, Friendly and Very Helpful! We will definitely have to go back, soon! Thank Y'all, for a great week!

I opted to cancel on the spot. I was alone and did not like the clientele, the coming & going at doors, the drunk staggering around the parking lot, leaning on my car. Not for me. The girl working at the counter was extremely nice, her name was Maggie. She was very helpful & didn't seem at all surprised when I cancelled.
