The best place we have ever stayed away from home. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars. Spacious rooms comfortable beds great selection for breakfast and staff that is some of the nicest people we have ever met. Great lunch and dinner in walking distance.

I stayed at this Best Western while attending a work conference in Wooster. My experience at the hotel was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable room, with plenty of towels and toiletries. The service was excellent...at breakfast, the attendant chatted with visitors and kept the breakfast area clean and well-stocked. Carol at the front desk is a delight...she remembered my name a few days after meeting me!

I was travelling with my grandfather, aged 91, who needed an accessible room. The room provided was amazing and had everything we needed. I'd recommend the 2 queen accessible room for anyone traveling who needs an accessible room and a separate bed for their caregiver.||||The staff including front desk, breakfast attendants, maintenance, and custodial were extremely friendly. I knew they would help us out if there were any issues.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options including hot and cold breakfast foods. It did actually get quiet during “quiet hours” at night which I appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and friendly, especially the hot breakfast hostess Elisa!! Super convenient location. Special rate for Ohio Light Opera summer theatre patrons like me -- my 19th year coming from Buffalo, NY, to see their 6 musicals & operettas, a wonderful summer theatre vacation!! 😃❤️🎶👍🏽

We stayed here in February for a state bowling tournament and stayed here again, in May, for a wedding. The staff was great! The rooms were neat! The service was fantastic! The breakfast was fantastic as well and we had cocktails in the evening at the bar area outside the dining area. We had a great time!!!

Definitely worth more than 5 stars. Beautiful clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Probably the best place we have ever stayed. Really didn't want to leave 😕

We stayed over the weekend, and had the best service, the ladies at the front desk, are wonderful very knowledgeable, and professional. The breakfast was better than your typical breakfast from a hotel, and the lady who sets up and keeps everything stocked, is absolutely wonderful very attentive ,deserves recognition and pay raise for the service she provides, definitely makes the place stand out !! Better than all the rest !!
