Positive: Very impressed with this hotel for an economy hotel. Everything was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety. I especially appreciated the espresso machine. Very helpful and friendly staff. Negative: The hot tub was not working.

Well , A guy from room service every morning at 8am. Was knocking on doors at 8am every morning and walking in on people, he could not speak English. This is not right, they should know who has checked out. (11am check out). We were there for 3 nights, he did this every morning. We took turns going for breakfast so he would not come into our room. ( shady , I did not trust him). We spent 3 days going to the Williston recreation complex ARC. (Awsome place). One afternoon I took my daughter and grand daughter back to the room foe a nap only to find the two fire trucks at the hotel. Walked in nobody at door to let us know what was going on, elevator shut down , which it should be. Walked up to second floor to find very smoky and about 7 fire fighters and fans running. I asked if we could go to our rooms, they said yes. Well I said my daughters room is right across from the room that was on fire. They said there is no longer a fire. Ok. ( we were told the following by another guest) So we hear that the cleaning staff had put a mattress against the hot plate and accidentally turned on the burner, then left the room. We were told the the fire alarms did not go off. I would stay elsewhere in the future.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable stay. Nice breakfast and snack time at night. I checked all around town when I made my reservation to make sure they had a pool. I always call the day before check in to confirm our reservations with hotels, no mention of pool closure. Was disappointed pool was closed and expressed why I was upset. I was told it was being worked on and would be ready that night or in morning. this was important part of our stay to have our grandson with us and enjoy the pool . Checked several times and Never saw anyone working on during our stay. || Wish staff would of been honest with me and had been told it would not be working so I could of canceled and tried to find another hotel. . If pool doesn't matter to you, I would say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in.during our travels.

Great staff and service. Always clean and never disappoints. The breakfast is very well prepared with a good selection. Hotel is across the street from Walmart so shopping is a breeze. Huge elevators and hallways are wide with lots of room.

I was very impressed with our stay at this hotel. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Our room was nice and clean, convenient location as well.

Really nice hotel for the rate. Wasn't too happy having housekeeping beating on doors at 8 am asking to clean rooms. Check out is 11 am. Wait until 11:01am. before pounding on doors.

In Williston for work and usually stay at a different hotel outside of town. This time chose Best Western as I have had good experiences anytime I've stayed in one. This is no exception, great breakfast, great happy hour and nice comfortable rooms.

Firstly, Williston is not a tourist destination at all. We were passing through which is what most people do here, I'd imagine, unless it's work related (oil).|Having said that, this BW seems to be the best of them. It's across the road from a huge Walmart. The nearest diner (Doc Hollidays) looked decent but was closed when we were there.|Rooms were fine if a bit dark. There was a good clean laundry on site. | Friendly and helpful staff.|Breakfast is very average but there are facilities there to knock up what you want. And of course, there's a McD's round the corner.
