Best Western Plus Wasco Inn & Suites - Hotel in Wasco - 1704 CA-46, USA

The first day I was there I went to go take a shower 🚿 and the handle leaked bad. Then my kids took a bath and the shower 🚿 head leaked when you were filling the tub. The following day I went to work and came back my room was not cleaned. I have to throw out the trash and ask for towels. The on the other room we found found 🐜. They moved us and the people upstairs had been loud all afternoon. Then they offer a guest a lunch bag, we ask if they give them out she said yes if you ask for one. How are you to know if there is no sign letting guest's know they can have one. Okay to stay there but I don't know if I would stay again.

We had never stayed at this Best Western before, so we were curious on how good the hotel might be.||||It is a newer unit, and in very good shape. In particular the rooms are VERY nice, and the televisions are large and have a substantial number of channels available. ||||The breakfast room was one of the best we've encountered at a Best Western, and featured real plates and glasses (and sturdy, high quality plastic silverware). The room attendant was very attentive to keeping the food stocked and the room clean, and the food was very flavorful and hot. ||||There is a Denny's very close to the front door, and we got great service there as well. Parking is a little tight at this location, but we were able to get a space close to the back door, and easily unloaded and loaded our car. ||||The price we paid was very appropraite for the room and service we received. We will put this hotel on our rotation of California hotels when we travel the state.

Very nice and clean ,rooms Are large and comfortable. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel. If you're ever out in wasco county this is the place to stay

1 star is being nice after being refused service and a room I reserved on Expedia that specifically states “service animals allowed”. It is a Federal Law that this hotel is not following and it’s not even a nice fancy hotel. For someone that has a mental and emotional disability I was denied my service animal without being asked for my verification. Immediately we were refused service because they saw a dog and when we told them she is a service animal they said they will not charge us for a room but we could not stay there at all. Most irresponsible company that doesn’t follow Fair Housing and Federal Laws. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The beds were super comfortable. There was food places and grocery stores all within walking distance. The hotel was centrally located. I slept all night. The staff was very friendly. They made me feel welcomed.

Easy and fast check-in. Great tasting breakfast, with lots of choices. Very quiet and clean room. Will definitely stay again. Will recommend this motel to friends and family. Close to stores, and parks.

We loved the Jacuzzi in our room but that hasn't been working in months, last time I was here I went out to have breakfast and I forgot my key and the lady at the front desk would not let me back in my room, horrible experience, we stay here all the time when we visit our family that lives out there. Not going back

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Inn & Suites in Wasco on July 5, 2023, and we stayed for only 1 day. However, it was our first time staying at this hotel. The ambiance and the customer service provided by Nancy were excellent. Her expertise as a customer service representative went above and beyond, making us very comfortable during our stay. We were in a rush due to a family emergency. Unfortunately, I left my cellphone behind. I called and spoke with Adrian, who was very helpful. The next day, I called again and spoke with Sharita. The room was occupied, so I called Alex the following day, and I received the information I needed. It was very helpful. I also contacted the corporate office, where I spoke with Greg. His expertise in handling customer service issues amazed me. In less than one hour, he resolved the issue, and I got my phone back in good condition. It was a great experience, and I will definitely recommend this place.
