Best Western Plus Texarkana Inn & Suites - Hotel in Texarkana - 5219 Crossroads Pkwy, USA

I’ve stayed in many hotels this summer in this price range, and this one has been the best. It’s so clean and smells nice. Even my second favorite hotel this summer had a slight musty smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I really have no complaints.

Easy on/off the highway. Close by to other shops. Hotel was easy to find and check in. The room was good sized and it was clean and orderly. Everything was working fine. the A/C/Heat unit was quiet. We hardly heard any outside noise, if any. The included breakfast was the usual fare, but the breakfast area was clean. The food was kept well stocked. The hotel was quite fine. We would stay here again.

Very nice! Breakfast was good. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean also, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was a good size with ample plug-ins for our electronic needs. Would recommend!

Nice and clean place, but the pillows on the bed I had were small and very uncomfortable. Rates were high for the area they are in. Other places offer cheaper rates and better rooms about 2 miles down the road. Better restaurants to choose from also to eat at.

Positive: The room was very clean, the staff was friendly. We had trouble with our keys not working a couple times and they were quick and helpful and got it fixed. The breakfast each day was delicious. Pretty much anything you?d want for breakfast, they had it. Negative: We had to ask for more bath linens as they did not provide enough for the amount of people in our room. That is the only negative thing.

Great hotel. The staff was pleasant and professional. Our room had plenty of space, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, with a good variety of food options. We will definitely come back.

Musty smell when we entered the room.Bathroom looked to be cleaned but with the rest of the room not being wiped down obviously from all the hand prints every where I wasn't feeling very confident that I was in a clean room! Bed had a piece of hair in it and I just felt it wasn't cleaned properly! And something was on the side table beside the bed as well. The people at the desk were friendly the low rating in service is due to the room being serviced as in NOT cleaned properly. Hotel is in a great location.

Chris at the front desk was by far the best greeter we've ever had at a Best Western. The front desk staff can set the tone of your hotel experience. It makes such a difference when you're greeted by someone who seems actually happy your there as opposed to someone who acts as if your an inconvenience. Chris was welcoming, very friendly and couldn't seem to help us enough. Room and Lobby Cleanliness A+; Breakfast A+; Parking Lot A+. Yes! Book here if your staying in Texarkana. You will be so happy you did.
