Best Western Plus Suites Hotel - Los Angeles Lax Airport - Hotel in Inglewood - 5005 W Century Blvd, USA

We stayed 3 days, we had a great experience. The parking is 10 per night (should be included in the hotel price), the elevator works good but is old compared to the other amenities. The breakfast is very decent (loved the waffles). My only complain is that my room had a lot of chip crumbs in the carpet under the coffee table when we first arrived.

Terrific Experience. Hotel is in a convenient downtown location. Shuttle drivers were knowledgeable & friendly. Rooftop spa & pool. Sumptuous breakfast w/variety of items. Desk staff superb. They even helped look for a missing glucometer the day AFTER we stayed there and called me right back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying near LAX.

There was a lot of traffic noise due to the location. Fortunately my room didn't have much airport noise. Room was clean, bed comfortable and shower/bathroom had good number of towels. Breakfast was excellent. Not having an airport shuttle as was indicated on the website when I made my reservation was a surprise and added another $20 cost for the taxi to get to the airport.

We booked here to be close to LAX for our flight. The staff welcomed us with smiles and check-in was slick. We were charged $10 per night for the underground parking. Our 4th floor room had lovely views to the mountains over the leafy suburbs. It was clean and quiet, very peaceful after the mania of LA traffic. We decided to find the pool and located it on the 2nd floor. It was perched above 3 freeways and freezing, not exactly zen. The hot tub, we were told was too hot by the people just leaving and the sudsy look of it put us off. We decided to order our meal through the in-room tablet offering food. This worked really well and we had vast meals delivered in just under an hour. Our room was an oasis of peace for the weary traveller so we made the most of it, even snatching a quick breakfast the next morning, which was also excellent. Thankfully, LAX was only about 15 minutes away in the heavy traffic.

This was, by far, the cleanest hotel in which we have stayed in many years! The staff is friendly, professional, and very hospitable. The management has chosen and trained the hotel employees very well. The staff is refreshingly pleasant and appear to be happy in their work. Breakfast is complimentary and offered an extensive array of options from “grab and go” to cooked foods. We highly recommend this Best Western Plus to travelers in the LAX area.

This is our second time staying at this motel. Front reception is very professional and helpful. We were able to check in early but there is a fee for it…It was early enough so I thought it fair. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a King with separate sitting area and kitchen. The room entrances are outside but from a covered hallway. There’s a nice sitting area in the center of the property to relax and we asked for the fire pit to be put on and they quickly did that. The breakfast has many choices and is very clean. They offer coffee and tea choices 24 hours a day which we enjoyed often. It’s a quick drive to the beach or possibly walkable (30 minutes maybe). Paid parking is available under the property. Front doors seem locked at all times which made us feel safer, 2 women traveling alone, but the area in general seems very safe.

Upon arrival check in was easy, did not realize the hotel was as big as it is because online is appears smaller. My husband booked a room and check in process was fine, the guy Adrian answered all of our questions we had about transportation and recommended us a great Brazilian restaurant. Rooms were clean just shortly outdated but that didn't matter to us, we were just visiting for the sofi which was not to far away from the hotel. Breakfast was a bonus that I did not know about when we booked for this hotel but we were told it was free as part of our stay by the front desk guy. Overall good experience and service for the price, you can't beat it!

My wife & I were in town for the Eagles Farewell Concert & chose this hotel for the convenient location & amenities (hot b'fast, comfy bed, helpful staff, etc.) Be aware that the airport shuttle is no longer offered, but the front desk staff will reimburse you for Taxi/Uber/Lyft rides to & from the airport. Good Mexican restaurants within walking distance.
