Great place to stay for any visit! The rooms are a bit bigger than some hotels in the area. Honestly you cannot beat the price either for the location! It’s in a prime spot near most main attractions which are just a small walk away or even by train car. Very convenient to having Willie’s and a convenience store right around the corner! Majority of the staff were pleasant and made the stay enjoyable. I will say the males have AMAZING guest service skills at the desk. The females, not so much….they all seemed to be bothered if you had a question or needed anything. Our room was clean every night with no issue and although you could hear some sirens here and there, it was mostly on the quiet side. There was a commotion that went on one night for about two hours in the hallway and no one came to check on it. But we didn’t let that damper the vibe. Nor would I hold that against the hotel as it was the guests and I didn’t say anything. Didn’t seem as if anyone else did either.

I arrived distressed as my family had gotten into an auto accident and was looking for a hotel on short. Akaila found the best discount for me suppressing even my AAA discount. I woke up to super fresh breakfast and Adam and Cina the housekeeping staff were so friendly. They gave me fresh towels and Ray the manager was very helpful. He got someone to fix our TV in record time and made an effort to keep us in the same room when we decided to stay for a few more nights. Jeff our bellman helped us carried our bags out and gave me some very yummy eating recommendations! The only thing I would change is that I wish our bathtub plug worked so we could take a jacuzzi bath. Thank you to the staff for an amazing stay. I can’t wait to come back to the most beautiful best western in the country.

Only good thing is location and the rooms have the potential to be really nice if they were cleaned better. Hard wood Floors were really dirty. Staff is extremely childish they cuss and act very immature during the check in process. Staff was not helpful when needing direction on where a vending machine was. There is a sign posted on elevator we did not see so I guess they were annoyed we asked. Breakfast was good. Parking is not located close to hotel and they offer no valet parking paid 45$ for parking and we parked in an open area that was not secured.

Great hotel in a great location!! The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The rooms are kind of small but this is NOLA, who needs to be in the room when there is so much to do!!||Special thanks to Ray!! He made sure our check-in was smooth and easy, offered restaurant suggestions and anything else we needed. Housekeeping made sure our rooms were cleaned daily and trash removed. Never once had to ask for towels. ||Highly recommend.

I was satisfied from the time I walked in until I walked out. I was concerned at first because I referred this hote to four of my family members because we was going on a cruise. They dismissed that fear when I encountered a friendly personality from Manager, Mr Ray and the second day with Ms Jony at the front desk. Mr Ray went beyond call of duty by helping us take our luggage on the outside to meet the Uber that he called for us. Thank you for great service and I will recommend this hotel. Great rooms!

my first stay in the Crescent city was an exciting adventure. It was a culinary delight, and it was a treat for most of the senses. All these wonderful things accompanied by a delightful stay at the best Western Saint Christopher on magazine Street. The hotel is kept well maintained And the staff are exceedingly professional and they’re welcome and hospitality. The location is convenient to the riverfront, canal St., Bourbon Street, and many other desirable attractions in New Orleans. You’ll be well served by a state of a few days or a week or more at the Saint Christopher on magazine Street.

Very cute and nice; staff were helpful and courteous. Enjoyed that breakfast was included and it was easy to get places on foot around the quarter. We stayed here before going on a cruise since it's close to the port. Room was cute and very clean; beds were comfortable too.

Check in reception was average. I felt like we had to take initiative to make interaction though. But once we did both doorman and reception were helpful. The room was adequate- however- floor visually dirty - never vacuumed or swept prior to our check in and never swept once in 3 days we were there. We appreciated the limited continental breakfast and the Location was FABULOUS- we couldn’t have picked a more central location. Only one of two elevators working but then for one of the days the “good” one was being serviced and down for a day. I would assume they are waiting on a part for the second elevator. Check out was unprofessional- the reception never asked how our stay was- never said thank you for staying with is- basically spent the whole encounter ignoring us- just going through basic motions of checking us out -meanwhile complaining to a coworker about weather and that they should be at home- while second employee was leaning against the counter who was explaining how much of a hard worker they themselves were. This hotel is walking distance to almost everything a tourist might want to visit. If you can look past the lack of staff indifference and cleanliness.
