Friendly efficient staff—Hirsha & Bria & another female assistant, name unknown. Very bright clean room & bathroom, great amenities. Handy shampoo etc dispensers mounted inside shower wall. Comfy firm bed & linens; iron & board included; fridge with separate freezer a definite plus. Outside area well maintained. Felt safe.

I wanted a place conveninet to the highways into the CHI region, and also convenient to mass transit into the Loop. My general criteria are a comfortable bed, working TV and WiFI, a decent breakfast, and no nasty surprises. This BW seemed to fit the bill, and it worked out well to get to the Calumet Metra station. The stay was perfectly fine. It turned out I needed to stay in the area 2 days later, and I returned to this location. I was surprised to find that the hotel was busier on the weekend than on the previous weeknight. I was a bit irked that they provided a Tesla charger but not a more general Level 1 (1772) charger, but neither had been promised. Blackout curtains were a nice plus. I'd come back.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. I read recent reviews and some were very good and some were not. You can't be too positive these days, you will be disappointed. But I was not! We were in room 304 and the worst thing about it was the solo act going on in room 306. I wore white socks around the room and they were not dirty. This tells me a lot. The shower was nice, the water was super hot. Everything that needed to be cleaned and filled, were. |In the morning we went down to the breakfast area. The food smelled really good, which is a good sign. You can make your own waffles, there was fresh fruit, juices, hot beverages of all sorts, yogurt, bread, milk, cereal, muffins, sausage patties, sausage links, cheese omelettes and probably some other things that I didn't see. If you left hungry from that, it's your own fault. The two ladies working were very nice and very helpful. |The only thing that was a little disappointing was that we had reserved two rooms, one was for our son and his family. They arrived before we did, but were not able to check in because the reservation was not in his name. We arrived later than we had anticipated, which was a good thing, I guess, because the rooms were not ready for checking in until 45 minutes after regular check-in time.|We had rooms 304 and 302. Both were nice and clean. Our son has a 1-year-old and we only heard him cry out once through the wall between us and didn't hear anything else from that side. It was just the side of 306 that was noisy, so she must have been really loud for us to hear her so clearly. |I look forward to staying here again the next time we visit the area.

Noisy hotel. Flooring buckled and tapped down. Room was ice cold and very moist. Window coverings didn’t let up or down. Horrible cancellation policy. Soap dispensers didn’t work in bathroom. Definitely wouldn’t stay for more than 1 night.

Clean, nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good with a number of choices. ||When we returned from dinner, the lights were out because of a storm. The desk worker greeted us and walked us up the stairs and to our room to make sure the electronic key worked. The lights came back on at midnight.

Rooms are clean, Fresh clean sheets and towels. Breakfast is nice but the one short younger Hispanic woman that does the breakfast has a attitude problem. Fridge w/separate freezer in the rooms. The location is nice and discreet. But what sold me was the Impeccable Customer service from Irvin💯 He wins you over with his smile first off🥰 His patience with the customers proves he KNOWS what he's doing. He made my st ay so comfortable and he took care of my every need. He needs a manager position.❤️❤️❤️ Irvin for Manager!!!

This hotel was chosen for us for a family reunion, it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Linens were dirty throw up in the hallway my son and his wife had to call staff to come remove lingerie and undies from the drawer in their room. I called for clean linen had to change the bed myself. The next morning when we were letting staff know one of the cleaning ladies said we were lying and cursed at me (unprofessional) we were willing to pay for the night we stayed but wanted to cancel the other 3days and move to a new hotel but they said we couldn't get our money back even if we left we took pictures of everything so they knew we were telling the truth but it didn't matter. The claimed the stains (one was urine) were from chemicals they use to launder with. No.way! I must say the 2 front desk ladies were kind to us but there was no excuse for the dirty linens my niece packed up her kids and left after checking in so we were separated after we all wanted to stay together. Some of the family had decent rooms but th 3rd and 4th floor...filthy! I guess our first red flag should have been the fact they kept us book our entire family without informing us the pool was inoperable but we stayed anyway. My name for this hotel is Worse Western minus! If you stay here make sure check linens right away. If I could upload the pictures I would. HORRIBLE
