Best Western Plus Rama Inn & Suites - Hotel in Oakdale - 1450 E F St, USA

Exceptionally friendly staff made sure our stay was perfect. Recommended nearby restaurants to try. Make sure to order from Javis Restaurant right behind the hotel….great food! Clean room, amazing breakfast!! Great price. Will be coming back to this hotel when traveling through the area again.

The location was good for my needs, but the price seemed high compared to other comparable best westerns that I have stayed at in the last year. My room was fine, quiet and clean, but the electric socket where the coffee maker was plugged in, did not work at all, and I had to move it across the room to get coffee in the morning. The breakfast was very sparse, out of almost everything, but that might have just been my timing, the hotel was very busy on a Sunday morning.

Let's call this a disgrace of Best Western. Motel 6 would be ashamed of this location. Room - let's say I don't like connecting rooms, but there's just no sound isolation. I could hear the neighbor's playing Family Guy until 1am. Slight problem when you're planning to wake up before 7am. Service - what are those red spots on the pillow again? Breakfast - well, there was some breakfast, but coffee machine was out of order for most drinks. I am not sure it was actually broken, just trying to save money on anything the requires fresh ground beans. Will not stay here again ever. And I did stay here for free, using my hard earned points, but it's not worth free. Definitely not worth paying money for this "hotel". I've seen a lot of Best Western, both on great and terrible side, but this is now a new low.

Although every hotel has its minor flaws, this one didn't have any that would otherwise bother much compared to most around there! The rooms, breakfast, location, parking, and staff were great! Only thing odd were the teeny tiny shampoo bottles, but y'know its worth it for this hotel specifically

Pretty good experience. Early check in fee was waived which made my life a lot easier. Kings suite was nice. In room hot tub jets were not working but was still nice. Heated pool/hot tub/sauna was a delight, and the breakfast was pretty good and I was able to make a solid breakfast sandwich. Good experience! *edit* thanks for the advice Cathy! I did inform the front desk who told me sternly that there was nothing they could possibly do to fix it.

both check in and check out were marred by woman saying how much they hated the 4th of July, in this wonderful city! ac never did cool room down, ran all night on and off on lowest setting, took two phone calls to get downstairs room that looked like it hadn't been used in ages, very clean place, big surprise when I got a response from the hotel after filling out their questionair, it wasn't even signed and blank said fill in name here. we will go back to Oakdale, but not here!

Staff were above and beyond kind, courtenous and helpful. The room and entire facility were clean. The pool and spa was delightful and inviting for our family. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the dining area was clean, with attentive staff asking if anyone needed anything throughout the morning. This was the perfect place to stay on our road trip out to Yosemite from the Bay area and I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay in Oakdale.
