Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites - Hotel in Anaheim - 2040 S Harbor Blvd, USA

Great place to stay! It's a 5-min walk to the Toy Story parking, where we could take the free shuttle to the park. The staff is super friendly. The host at the breakfast, Sergio, was friendly and always received is with a smile. The staff at reception and the the housekeepers were also amazing. It was our second stay and we plan on coming back!

Great location, excellent customer service. We had an issue with the first room we were assigned, but the staff team quickly got us moved to another room so we could get back to our vacation. Hotel is located super close to the park so you can walk or take the shuttle (from the nearby Disney parking lot). Would stay here again.

I am giving five stars for my comfort, convenience, interaction with all staff, and value. The hotel is going through a refurbishment. At this time, things are in a transition. I don't know who has taken over or why, but, I see true dedication to lifting the quality and amenities to high standards. Nothing for our stay was compromised. The pool was fantastic, breakfast was filling and abundant. Staff was quick to respond to our needs. The room was a surprise. A family suite with two full bathrooms was just perfect. The beds were comfortable. Clean. When we requested blankets, they brought us fresh, warm ones. Working refrigerator with a tiny freezer, microwave. ART transit system is available but we had a hard time getting the schedule down. You can walk to Disneyland. We did both.

A hidden gem of Anaheim! I was nervous about our stay when we checked in and I was informed that the entire resort was without water due to thieves stealing their piping the night prior. Between that and the open air hallways, I was afraid I had made a mistake booking here and had been cheap when shopping. Then we walked into the room. It was dated for sure, but it was PERFECT! We had been on the road with our 3 kids for a week by this point and this was BY FAR the best hotel room layout we’d been in. The bunk beds for the kids along with the pullout bed sofa had a closing door from the main room where the main bed was. This was perfect for putting the kids to bed while prepping for the next day in Disney in the other room. The manager was VERY kind, he comped us the night of parking for the water issue and remained on site late until the problem was remedied. The staff was so kind that it felt like an old fashioned family ran hotel as they cared about their hotel and their guests in it. Note: late review, we stayed in mid June 2024 but it was too good of a find not to eventually go review

Very great hotel for big families! We stayed in a suite that accommodated really well for 7 of us. Breakfast was different everyday (really yummy). Every-time we needed towels, toilet paper, etc. it was brought. Front desk girls were all very nice and helpful! Parking lot has a security which is very nice to know you’re car is safe during the night.

Great rooms if your traveling with kids, they get their own room to hang out in. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. Great locations too, within walking distance of Disneyland. And the grandkids loved the free breakfast, especially the muffins!

Raffles is being remodeled. We were lucky to have a "new" room. The best part is the awesome staff! The front desk gals were so nice and helpful. The kitchen staff restocked and cleaned constantly. Breakfast had lots of choices and a rotating menu. The hot tub and pool are small, but clean and convenient. It's an easy walk to the Anaheim Convention Center and many restaurants. We will stay here again if we are in Anaheim.

We had an old room, not updated. Carpets were lumpy. Weird.|| Smelled clean, bedding and bath were pristine clean but obviously just dated. They are working on renovating the rooms. Noise was minimal but noticeable, so get an white noise app on your phone.||Breakfast was hot and clean, plenty of seating. Sergio and his assistant were great at breakfast! ||Also, if you need an emergency room, UCI is pretty decent.
