Best Western Plus Olathe Hotel - Hotel in Olathe - 1580 S Hamilton Cir, USA

Cons: We stayed in this exact room last year and let them know that the TV had six bright spots in it at that time. Still had not been changed. TVs are not smart TVs and there are like 25 channels. Cannot sign into Netflix, etc. like other hotels. Some hair on the bottom of the shower curtain before we had used the shower. Husband got a shard of glass in his foot from the carpet. Predatory behavior from other guests at breakfast was not addressed. ||||Pros:||Great breakfast. Excellent value. Clean, comfy beds.

Very clean and comfortable rooms with excellent beds and bedding. Most excellent customer care by all staff. Tina N is fantastic. Dinesh, night auditor Tina are great too. Excellent housekeeping professionals all!

The room was big and nice. Very comfortable bed. Pleasantly surprised! The room was was missing a couple of towels but that's not a big deal. The staff upfront were very unfriendly and their customer service was horrible but everything else was great!

They gave me a dirty room. I told them they told me there was nothing they could do and that it was too late. Bed was used and dirty. There was no clean towels. TV's are are volume controlled. I can't even hear It. I will not return to this place. You guys need to do better.

We were charged a lot in local taxes, fees, etc. above the room charge for the two nights stay. The hotel offers a nice "continental" breakfast & all the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was nice & well appointed. Clean crisp linens, firm beds & plenty of fluffy pillows.

I feel like this was a fairly average hotel experience. On the positive side, everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly and there was a lot of green space around the hotel for walking dogs. Also, the hotel was impeccably clean, and they did a good job of cleaning my room every day too. |On the more negative side, the hotel is right near the interstate, so I was woken up multiple times a night by semis blaring their horns. In general, the hotel is a little dated and dark. One of the towels had old paint stains on it but was still being used instead of thrown out.

Hello I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel 1st let me say my room was excellent the bed was very comfortable the temperature in the room was awesome since it was 81 degrees down in Olathe. The front desk ladies were very nice. Oh yeah the breakfast area was really nice the food was good and the apple juice was the best. Will definitely be staying here again.

From the check in to check out, the employees were the most helpful and friendly that we have ever seen in a midrange hotel. And they stayed busy during down times by cleaning the lobby and front entrance. The only thing that could be improved upon is the lighting in the rooms, everything else was better than expected!
