We had reserved two rooms for two nights for four people. The reception was very friendly and quick. Both rooms were very clean and tidy. Some showed minor signs of wear and tear, but this is natural. The rooms faced the back towards a residential area and were very quiet. The breakfast was standard and there was no reason for complaint. I would book here again.

Had we not booked as non refundable we would have left the first night. Wasn’t greeted , thanked for being a reward member or offered our normal bottled water. Had to pull mirrors in on car, get as close to the dumpster as possible then squeeze out of the car. Room didn’t match description, you could see bed was broke down as soon as you entered. We booked for four nights and took the loss on cost and left a night early. Drove as far as we could then slept at a gas station for a few hours. Would not book here again, very disappointed in this Best Western PLUS

Don’t stay here. The hotel is dated, but the reason we advise you not stay here is lack of cleanliness, the location, and the pool being closed. The location is close to the airport but it did not seem to be a very safe area to walk around. The pool was “under maintenance “ and was not disclosed when we booked months ahead or after. The entry of the hotel had additional rugs laid over the carpet which were not smooth and made you trip and made it difficult to carry bags in. We found the previous guests dinner in our rooms mini fridge. The rooms are very noisy. I don’t usually complain about this but it was pretty extreme. The doors to the rooms slam shut and you can hear them from down the hall. The elevator was not so near us and we could hear it ding every time it opened as well. We also had the misfortune of a large group having a party of some sort late at night all throughout the hall as they had booked multiple rooms. Overall it was a terrible stay. We did not sleep, did not feel the facilities were clean or safe, and the services they provide (pool) were not available. The breakfast was fine, not great but not complaints. And the shuttle to the airport got us there. The driver was very nice.

Arrived on Thursday and stayed until Monday for FanExpo Chicago. Upon arrival, the check-in was simple. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained with a nice amount of towels and bedding. The breakfast was the same each day waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, and Tater tots for hot foods. There was fresh fruit, toast, jelly, and a few other things. The coffee was excellent. In the room, the TV worked well, as did the microwave, mini fridge, and AC. The location was perfect, being only about 10 min to drive to the expo. Checkout was efficient and quick. The only problem I had with the entire stay was that whatever cleaning products were used had a strong, almost floral scent. As a person who suffers migraines, the scent was a bit unbearable at times. However, this would not stop me from staying here again. I will happily book a stay here again whenever I end up in Chicago.

Why do they send emails saying the stay has been paid for and then ask you to pay in person again? I checked again- they did indeed only charged me at the point of arrival at the hotel and not when I booked it. Typical grossly disappointing American hotel breakfast. Highly processed unhealthy choices with plastic single use cutlery just because it is cheaper than to wash the dishes. This would definitely not be acceptable for this price in Europe. People need to realize that the typical American hotel breakfast experience is bad for you, not tasty and overpriced in order to serve the cheapest food with the highest profit. The same can be said about pretty much everything in the hotel-amenities, room equipment. I’d rather stay without the nasty coffee machine and awful breakfast if other aspects can be approved. I guess I want too much from a “low-cost” hotel( which is not low cost at all if you ask me). Location is close to the airport, seems sketchy but it will do for one night. Price-quality awful but it was the best out of the bad choices there are next to ORD.

It delivers on what it promises to be. It's cheap, so don't expect anything luxurious to be honest. It's close to the airport, and the shuttle service is fast and reliable. Rooms are spacious, and well-equipped. The bathroom is good and clean. The breakfast is so average, and not too many options. The service is okay, and the front desk guys are welcoming, friendly and kind. So, an overall good experience especially if you know what you're signing up for.

not sure whats up with all the bad reviews, i stayed here for 4 nights for a festival after booking the worst hotel ever known to man, (black mold at a red roof plus, naperville. they refunded me and i came to stay here) the rooms werent terrible. at first we walked in and the desk lamp didnt work, but it just wasnt plugged in. the phone didnt work at all, but it wasnt a problem to us. the rooms were pretty clean, nothing bad on the beds. i told the guy at the desk where we came from and what we saw so maybe he just gave me a good room because he felt bad. i never had breakfast because we always woke up late, so i cant leave a review on that, location wasnt great but it makes up for the decent rooms here. shower was okay, toilet great, sinks, all that were good. we didnt really have any problems minus the pool being closed. so exceptional stay, not a terrible place, but not great. its worth the price you pay

I made my reservation two or three months before I actually went on the trip. I was there for a concert only one night I called a couple of weeks beforehand and art helped me. Art is an absolute sweetheart he made me feel comfortable and safe when I arrived at the airport I called and art sent the shuttle to me very quickly they were there within 20 minutes like art promise when I got to the hotel to check in art was there to check me in he did not say my room number out loud as I am a woman traveling alone he made me feel secure and said if I needed anything to call and ask for him. He also recommended the breakfast and told me that he would make sure that I had coffee in the morning since I had to leave at 6:00 when breakfast started and long behold I did I had muffins and coffee. The bed was super comfortable all of the staff was super friendly. When my husband called my room at 11:00 at night because my phone had died the front desk staff told him that it was a little late are you sure she isn't sleeping my husband assured them that I wasn't they called my room to make sure that I was okay with his phone call because I am a woman traveling alone. That in itself made me feel secure to stay there. I don't remember that lady's name but the night front desk attendant was very friendly as well I have pictures below the the hotel was very very clean as was the room I would definitely stay here again. Yes the bed is messed up I slept in it.
