Best Western Plus New Ulm - Hotel in New Ulm - 2101 S Broadway St, USA

We used this space for our wedding reception and it was phenomenal! it is such a great space because guests can stay at the same place as the reception. It makes for an easier and safer evening for guests. The staff were incredibly respectful and accommodating to all our needs as the bride and groom, as well as to our guests. The bridal sweet was also complimentary! The rooms were very clean. The site is definitely older, but they do well at maintaining the integrity of the towns history while also keeping up with modern demand. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others! Thank you!!

Outstanding customer service! My friends and I came for a weekend trip and had a blast. Skimming over the clean rooms, great pool area and connection to Green Mill; Jen at the front desk is terrific! I forgot my boots in my room and realized it after driving back to the cities. I called the hotel and Jen already had them and shipped them back to me FREE! 10/10 will be staying here anytime I am in town.

We had our wedding reception at the Best Western and many of our family members and friends stayed the night at this hotel. The staff was all very friendly and professional and Brittany was wonderful to work with! She always kept us in the loop and went above and beyond to see our wedding vision come through! The hotel was clean and allowed many spaces to relax and catch up with one another, we all loved the pool and the layout! On behalf of the Schneiders, thank you so much!!!! :)

Being the best hotel around this is where we stay when ever possible. That being said, the guy that is the night front desk person or what ever you call him needs to take a good lesson in customer service. He not only told my husband and I cash is not a good thing and he highly discouraged paying with cash. Then when we asked to be closer to people we knew that we're there at the same time. Said there was nothing and it truthfully seemed as if he just didn't want to because we asked. Then to find out he did it to a couple more people we knew were there. And there were a lot and we say a lot of rooms that were not booked till the next night. Then came threw the last night and kicked them out if the pool area. The management better look into this with him. He will be a down fall of the best hotel in the area!! The wonderful woman that checked us out Sunday morning 11/5/23 was great thank you for your smile.

I've stayed at this hotel for many many years. It's always clean and comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff. We will stay again. The pool area is large and fun for the kids. The restaurant/bar is close and convenient. There is a grocery store right next door and a few other restaurants nearby.

Enjoyed rooms near the pool with a larger area to set up for more than 20 family members to gather for Christmas, food, gifts and area to swim, play games, visit and enjoy. Being able to bring our own food and area to be together made this trip very enjoyable.

Tall bald guy was extremely rude at pool close. It seems nobody here is having a positive experience with this guy. I’ve never been threatened at any other hotel for having drinks in the pool area and have to pay to refill the pool. I’m going to be honest, for how jacked up the prices at this hotel were for this weekend I expect a little better attitude and accommodation for the guests paying for 2.5x the normal rates on Oktoberfest weekend… I would not stay here again. However, the overnight guy that we had taking care of us last night was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a room key issue and the guy with the slicked back hair and glasses was more than happy to help us even though he was busy cleaning at 3 AM. That’s about the only bright spot we’ve had at our stay so far. Edit: Family went to go talk to the man about the situation after the fact and was not very kind or receptive to a productive conversation. Very disappointed.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Some of the wait staff didn't smile. Not rude or anything really, but just didn't seem like they wanted to be there. We were there for a wedding reception and some smiles and friendly attitudes would have gone a long way.
