Best Western Plus New Richmond Inn & Suites - Hotel in New Richmond - 240 Paperjack Dr, USA

The bed was comfortable.the pillows were very comfortable. The staff was accommodating Room was clean . Lobby was clean. Breakfast good. The breakfast area was well maintained Everything was really good. The only thing that we noticed is the room had an odour that was pleasant.

- Stayed three nights but my room was never serviced. Nobody told me about the door tag thingy (which is very difficult to notice unless you are looking for it) until I checked out and asked. |- Front desk staff were invisible. They must have spent all their time hiding in the office behind the wall. Doesn't make for a welcoming customer service oriented environment. |- My bathroom light kept flickering as if the bulb was going bad. Very annoying|- There was mold in the caulking around the tub where the tile meets the tub. Surprising for such a new hotel||This was my first time in Nee Richmond and everyone told me this hotel was the nicest in town. The bar must be very low.

Overall the hotel was great. There was spacious areas and lobbies where we could all hang out. We went with a hockey group and there were several teams there. We all were able to have our own space and didn't need to fight or race for a spot to hang out in the evening. It was not too pricey compared to most. Also, the kids didn't get yelled at for hanging out like we do in most hotels.

Very nice hotel! Room was spacious and clean, beds/pillows were comfortable. Coffee/tea available throughout the day and night and lots of spacious areas to sit and relax if you're not looking to just sit in your room. This BW has a HUGE selection of breakfast items with a large area to eat..very impressive! You definitely won't go hungry. Location is great and easy to find. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome weekend at this hotel and I would highly recommend to everyone! Our suite was very clean and well stocked with supplies. My sisters and I enjoyed visiting with other guests when we were in the lounge and breakfast area. Breakfast was hot with eggs, meat, potatoes and Belgium waffles. Also hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. I hope we are able to go back someday.

Clean hotel, quick check-in, breakfast was good/fresh/hot, our room was great, and the hot tub was relaxing. I would stay here again!

He stayed at this location 6 times in the last year. Everything is clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable and staff is friendly. I will keep coming back when in the area. I like that every room has a fridge and microwave. Downtown is pretty close with some good restaurants and fun bars. It’s a small town with plenty to do

The best service I’ve ever gotten at any place in my life was tonight at the Best Western in NR. I’m just absolutely shocked at how kind and courteous the staff are. I could have reviewed back around New Year’s when I got a hotel for a friend here and the staff were very polite and courteous to me, despite the fact that I did not stay, myself but tonight was over-the-top great service. The workers here are pretty much the Chick-fil-A of hotels. I made a call to BW about the specific worker and I assume I’ll get a call back. Thank you.
