Best Western Plus Minneapolis-Northwest - Hotel in Brooklyn Center - 2050 Freeway Blvd, USA

Overall solid hotel . Me and my son were down for the MN State Fair. Customer service great. The pool was closed so im thankful for the Jacuzzi in the room. There were no towels in our room and there some ceiling tiles missing but it was very clean and satisfied with the value and location. Not a high value hotel but id come back.

I had an exceptional stay at Baymont. The hotel offers a fantastic pool and an impressive breakfast selection, which set the tone for a great start to each day. The hotel supervisor was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The room was impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, and featured a supremely comfortable bed with plush pillows. This hotel provides an excellent blend of comfort and service, making it a highly recommended choice for travelers.

Limited breakfast options. Eggs, turkey bacon and bread. Coffee and milk. Breakfast is understaffed. Room is average with clean and very comfortable bed. The outside could use clean up. Overall a nice hotel.

At check-in, we were told that we had to pay a $100 cash deposit - the hotel did not inform us of this before our arrival. We did not have cash, it was 10:30 pm, so we two senior ladies had to go out into the night to a gas station ATM.|The room number arrow signs in the hall were reversed, and the room numbers were out of order.|In the room, there were no water glasses, and no top sheets on the 2 queen beds. (The bedding was clean). The carpet needed more vacuuming.|In the bathroom, there was no hairdryer, no hand towels, no washcloths, no bath rug. There were 2 clean bath towels. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall.|The breakfast buffet was a bit sparse, but there were 2 hot dishes, and enough to fill up on. The coffee was good.|Checkout went smoothly, received our cash deposit back.

The interior of this motel is run down and has extensive damage. Staff was very minimal and sometimes rude. However, our room was clean. We do not recommend this motel!

Morning Management is absolutely horrid here! Refused to let us check in before 3 even though we have early check in perks. Then proceeded to allow others to check in before 3 right in front of us! Then while waiting to check in under our RESERVATION I was told that there was absolutely no restroom I could use. But yet on this sign it says there is suppose to be one turn the hallway. Was also told I wasn't suppose to use this bathroom either. Person after person this women did favors for and discounted people and told people that they didn't have to pay the 100$ deposit but there was no exceptions for us, all we got was snotty rude service. We are not platinum members for no reason, we spend A LOT of money at this location, that will be stopping immediately! Along with all of our referrals that we send here!

First of all, AARP Expedia travel is a rip off. This was the second hotel I booked in Minneapolis that turned out to be a place where they rent a homeless people. I had the same experience in Indiana two months ago. They don’t let you know that and when I got to the first hotel in Minneapolis. There were guys outside drinking smoking weed spitting on the sidewalk and cursing. After 20 minutes of trying to find two rooms that had enough beds for my family I left. The next hotel one person at the front desk Working really really hard to serve a line of people. People were pulling in with 7 to 8 people having hotel parties. so all that night, people smoking weed out in front of the hotel kids running through the hallways. The bottom line is this hotel was over priced for the crappy room. The fact the pool was shut down and the complementary breakfast was an absolute joke. There were one tiny pan of scrambled eggs out of a bag and some soggy oatmeal. The juice machines didn’t work there one craft of coffee and it was lukewarm. This place was the epitome of a hole.

This hotel was very dirty, sheets dirty/stained. Low towels and dirty. Hair all over stuff. Ice cream in freezer. Did not take shoes off entire time
