Best Western Plus McKinney Inn & Suites - Hotel in McKinney - 480 Wilson Creek Blvd, USA

Highly recommend this hotel for any event! We recently chose the Best Western McKinney Hotel for our wedding guests, and it was a fantastic decision! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering plenty of space for relaxation. The staff, especially Preet, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure everyone had everything they needed. We also used the meeting rooms for guest dining, the room was also spacious and had furniture we could use. Over all the service/staff were flexible, attentive, and seamless. Our guests enjoyed all the amenities and left feeling well taken care of.

I recently stayed at Best Western McKinney for a wedding, and it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of festivities. The staff especially Preet was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Its convenient location near the wedding venue made it an ideal choice. They had free breakfast & coffee in the morning. For a no-fuss, comfortable stay, I would recommend this hotel.

Room was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner didn't work either the hot water had to take a cold shower ever morning. Refrigerator keep everything frozen had to put food out before leaving for work everyday. The owners need to do better upkeep then what they been doing. This hotel would be better if they would make sure everything working in every room before guess make reservations. Charge to much money for guest have to make all type of complaint about some issues going on in the room. Staff don't speak or ask how was your ride or your day. Treat customers the way you want to be treated if you had to rent a room from someone. Happy customers will return every time and customers would always recommend the hotel to family friend or they own customers

We recently stayed here for a wedding, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for our group. A special shoutout to Preet, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and flexible with all our requests. He made sure every detail was taken care of, and his professionalism truly stood out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. Location is right off the highway and very easy drive to both airports. Which is an added bonus

I got here a little before 2 pm. The people behind the desk were very friendly and nice. I loved the way it smelled in the building so that was an automatic plus for me. The place was very clean as well. The man behind the desk was very patient with me & answered any questions I had at the moment. He also helped me sign up to become a member and informed me of all the benefits of becoming one. After the process, I was given a thank you bag for becoming a member. I was very grateful. They really made me feel welcomed!! It was a very peaceful stay. I will be returning soon.

Stayed here for a week and the everything was great, including the room service, breakfast, reception. Special thanks to the manger (Preet Patel) who was very responsive and helpful. The whole staff is great!! Would highly recommend this place!!

Positive: Convenient location, excellent service on check in and check out,, cool, clean and comfortable room. Negative: Has asked for floor room offering availability for smokers to go ou but was fine with 2nd floor room near the elevator to go out. A bench in a covered area with ash container is only improvement I would suggest.

Value. Not the best Best Western I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are average but the best western service is always good. Staff is friendly. Best western is consistent in operations so you know you will likely get the same service and great breakfast everyday.
