Best Western Plus Main Street Inn - Hotel in Brawley - 1562 Main St, USA

We usually trust the chain Best Western. This time we were a bit more disappointed. The room was clean, the usual amenities. The bathroom light was on the outside behind the door, odd.....shower, step in tub and about a 3 (out of 10) on pressure and power behind the massaging water beads. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. They didn't even have chaffing dishes to keep the food warm! The turkey sausage was ice cold. The eggs, you can't mess up a scrambled egg, also cold. Bummer. We paid about $280 for this room. It was a one night type trip. Seriously Best Western, who have you become???

I arrived a bit early which can cause check-in delays. I offered to wait but desk staff called and found a room was ready and checked me in immediately. I was greeted very nicely and had no issues with reservations. The facility and rooms were very well prepared and very clean and attended to. Maintenance was spot on. Breakfast was more than adequate, the lobby area super clean, with everyone getting a good morning greeting. The venue is easy to locate, and on a main street with numerous fast food and diners very close. The general area is a bit old but clean and safe. Very centrally located to many activities and needs in the area.

We have stayed at this Best Western Plus location quite a few times, over the years. It has always been a pleasant experience, and we will continue to consider this hotel for any future visits to this area. Our rooms have always been clean, and well appointed, and we have found the beds to be nicely comfortable. The Staff has always been courteous, helpful, and friendly, and we appreciate that. Up until our most recent visit, we have always enjoyed their included breakfast offerings, and in fact, that is one of the major reasons we have always chosen this Best Western Plus! However, on this trip, the breakfast was substandard. We miss the made to order eggs, and the excellent quality pork sausages that have always been offered in the past. This time, only the biscuits and gravy was good, and the rest of the cooked offerings were not up to what we expect for a Best Western Plus. Hopefully, this location will update their breakfasts in the future. We will stay here again, but will eat our breakfasts elsewhere, if they do not upgrade their offerings.

Best Western Plus Main Street Inn is the location our company provides for us when we are working in the area away from home. I never had a problem anytime I’ve stayed, The staff that work here were so amazing to me, every single time. Staff member Mabel’s at the front desk has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with, she always has a great attitude and is willing to help, listen to any questions I may have , always friendly and courteous.

Just checked it and the front desk lady was amazing! Great customer service and amazing prices. I usually stay at Brawley inn but definitely changing! Love Love highly recommend Only Issue I did have Is I was charged for my service animal, a fee of 20.00 per day for a legal service animal. Can management answer that for me.

We came for a work trip my husband had. I came along just to come boy was I happy I came. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was amazing everyday is something new and they have a variety of foods. But let me tell you the biscuits and gravy were amazing. But most and best of all they were pet friendly. Always asking if needed anything for her and if she was okay. Everytime they would see her it was hay pretty girl and my girl was loving the love. Highly recommend coming here especially if you have dogs. Hopefully we can come again to visit and stay here again.

This place was good, the gym is rally small and cramped and there isn’t much walking room. The pool is alright, it isn’t high end but it works, I did like breakfast and the cool coffee machines. It was quick and on the go and I go to enjoy it on my trip back from cattle call. I do like breakfast and you can tell the other customers do as well, the lobbies always full of people chatting it up!

The suites are spacious and clean. It was very relaxing to have staff that listens to your requests and remembers to carry them out. I appreciate how efficient they are with the breakfast service also. The food is always hot and plentiful. Thanks ladies!
