Best Western Plus Longbranch Hotel & Convention Center - Hotel in Cedar Rapids - 90 Twixt Town Rd, USA

Hotel staff when I checked in was very nice, except they assumed that I knew where I was going. They didn't even question my previous stays. The rooms were extremely well kept and I always had my room cleaned every day which was a huge plus for me! The only problem I had with the room was that when I looked out my bedroom window, all I could see were spiderwebs. Every where I went, there were spider webs on the outside of the windows. I recommend someone make mention of this to the grounds crews. I love the food and the staff taking care of me (housekeeping was extra special!) and I was very pleased with my stay overall, but just a few things to mention for some minor details which would have made my stay a perfect 10 instead of an 8!

Clean room beds are like new soft not broken in. Pillow are very comfortable. The shower could have better water pressure. But all in all a great place to stay plenty of near by place to go if your are hungry or are in need of a near by store. |The staff Stephanie and Hazel are super nice and very professional and very courteous

This was our first stop on our trip out west. We were honestly disappointed when we first pulled up because it's not much to look at from the outside. I had opted for one of the suites, which is their top of the line room. It was nice. It had a king-size bed, sauna, jacuzzi, and a shower with two shower heads. It also had all the normal things as well, such as a TV, mini fridge, a desk to sit and work at, and a table to eat at. It did seem a bit humid in the hallway and in our room, not sure if that had to do with the area or because of some of the extra amenities that come with the suites. We left too early to enjoy the complementary breakfast, but they do offer one. I also believe there was a pool, but we neither had the time or energy to enjoy that. Overall, it was a good stay, only complaint would have to be the bed. It was very broken-in / worn-out. I felt like I was sleeping in a bed previously owned by a sumo wrestler.

I was a bit disappointed when I arrived here. Online this room seemed much better than in person. The room was in the basement and it looked and felt like a basement too. The furniture was dingy looking. The bed was uncomfortable. The only thing I liked about this room is the shower. It felt like a waterfall. I could use both shower heads on the ceiling at the same time by pointing them to the middle. It felt amazing. The shower was spacious and it had a bench too. I used the bench to hold all of my shower products. The room itself was spacious and had everything it advertised. It just wasn’t for me.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Longbranch in Cedar Rapids and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was perfect, offering a great start to each day. I also enjoyed the seating and games in the atrium—an excellent touch for relaxation and fun. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice hotel. Gals at the front desk were very personable and nice at check in and check out. All areas of the hotel were very clean, which is important to us. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Best hotel we stayed in this vacation. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from - sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, waffles, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, applesauce cups, pudding cups, fresh fruit. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

The manager was so engaging and friendly! Our stay was exactly what we needed for a one-night stay for a local wedding. The breakfast was typical hotel fare EXCEPT the selection for the packaged foods (yogurt, cereals in particular) was way more than a typical hotel. The juices were fresh and on ice (not from a dispenser!). If you’re a tea drinker, bring your own tea selection, but otherwise exceptional.|If you are an elder Millenial, the decor will be nostalgic. |The location is a little out of the way but very close to the country club!

One of the best hotels you should not miss if you staying in Cedar Rapids!|They offer unforgettable experience from day one till you leave.|The breakfast is super delicious with variety of choices of food. It has best place for photos, games and many more. I recommend staying here weather as family, couples or even alone.
